My husband and I have been going to Itto when they only had the one location in midvale. Now they put one in south jordan right next to our house so we had to check out this location! I love that they have happy hours where most of their popular rolls are only $8. Our all time favorites are fire dragon and lion king. Every time we try something else, we never liked it more that these two rolls. Service is fast. We were seated and served very quickly. I think we enjoyed sitting at the bar in the midvale location where Itto himself was making the rolls, but this location does scratch our sushi itch whenever we crave some quick sushi. Definitely still one of our favorite sushi spots in Utah.

I will start by saying the food was good. But, the restaurant looked tired and it needed new flooring. Maybe they are in the middle of renovation? Sure could use it. The pop machine was right by the front door, and that was our view from our table. It looked old and dirty, not appetizing! We felt rushed by our server, we had barely sat down and she wanted to know what we wanted to order. The menu is extensive so a little time is required to choose. We ordered beer and they brought us cheap plastic mugs to pour it in! Unexceptable in my book! We have been to one other location and found it much nicer. We will not be going back to this location

lot of dry rice with almost no fish.rainbow, dragon, volcano, alaskan rolls are joke and so are salmon, avocado and spicy tuna.Service is fast, but they can’t beat supermarket and ANY supermarket will offer better quality sushi and rolls.Oh, and to see the full picture you need to imagine that we came in right after full day skiing. Usually after day at the mountain we can eat anything without even noticing ))

Tried their edamame, Vegas roll, a chicken dish with noodles and gyoza. The tempura roll seemed soggy and the edamame had an odd flavor. The chicken dish was fine and the gyoza was also good. I don't know if I'd revisit out of all the sushi places there are to try.

yummy sushi love that its now in South Jordan!

Excellent sushi restaurant, the best in Midvale. The salmom platter was an elevated experience, make sure to try the Irish Bakkafrost salmon if they have it. The Firebird was an astonishing presentation of a BBQ roll, and the namesake Itto roll had a nice heat build. We finished off with the Hawaiian and Titanic rolls - both were excellent and made for a great conclusion to the meal. Our server, Sloan, was highly knowledgeable and accommodating, telling us all about the menu items we would soon enjoy. All around pleasant experience - don't miss this restaurant

The presentation of the sushi rolls are exquisitely appealing. The nigiri tastes extremely clean. The people here are wonderful and so kind as well!

We absolutely LOVE Itto Sushi! It is beautiful and cozy. Sloan was our server and he provided wonderful service! Thank you. The Firebird roll was super delicious! Thank you Itto Sushi! ?

The incredible chefs and knowledgeable service team are a true testament to the time and energy that Mr. Lee has dedicated to his craft. Sloan is one of the most talented servers I have had the opportunity to learn from while dining. We started the evening with a tasty and traditional miso soup (apparently, the more salty the soup, the older it is... This soup was mellow and fantastic ...aka fresh), then an order of edamame.... The next order is what truly began the experience. Nigiri orders of toro, goldeneye snapper, and torched salmon belly. All I can say is WOW. The toro melted in my mouth, the flavor of the salmon belly unmatched, and the snapper, so unique! We followed up with 4 rolls, servers choice... Yet again incredible. Definitely trust the service team. Finished up with a pallet cleansing tempura ice cream. You will be missing out on the BEST sushi in Utah (better than Takashi) if you don't take the time to stop by Itto Sushi.

Ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and four sushi rolls to share. (Idaho roll, Rice Crispy, Vegas and the FireBird roll) I will start with the sushi first as I thought it was where Itto shined. My favorite was the Firebird roll. It went the fastest and I did not get a chance to take a picture of it. Heating it up really brought out all the flavors of the different ingredients. I also enjoyed the Idaho roll. The rice crispy roll was good but a little much for one bite. the ramen was good but the pork pieces were lacking any flavor. The egg was hard boiled. It had not marinated in anything to give any deeper umami flavor.
