Me, my wife, & my sister stopped by this place for the first time to try their custard out. Ordered two different ones. My sister wanted to try it and I had asked the lady if we could add another of one of the ones we had ordered. Mind you - THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND US at the drive thru. She then tells me, “sorry, we cannot add anything to the order at the window..” I asked, “why not? There is no one behind us.” She simply said, “I’m sorry but I can’t” so then I asked, “do I really have to go all the way around to order one more custard?” She said yes. Frustrated as we were I paid for my order and drove back around. I don’t think she knew her mic was on but her and another co worker we’re laughing as we pulled up. My sister and wife went off at the two at the window. We never swore but we were professional as my sister works in customer service as well. Definitely our first and last time coming to this place! The custard was good, but because of the way we were treated here we will never come back to this place ever again.
Ate here just last night and had a great experience! The food came out fresh and hot and was absolutely delicious. The staff was super friendly and quick with our order. Would definitely recommend this location to everyone.
The burger was so salty I couldn’t take more than 3 bites. I love shoestring fries but these were overdone and every single one was crispy which I def don’t like in a fry. Concrete barely had any peanut butter cup. I literally threw away about 90% of the total meal which I have only ever done one other time in my life.
Absolutely love Freddy's! I've never had a negative experience here. Most recent experience I had was the best ever, the employee was so kind, went above and Beyond, and gave my 3 dogs (don't judge lol) the BEST pup cups ever! A little bit of custard, some peanut butter and whipped cream! And he didn't charge me. Best customer service I've had in some time. Cannot recommend their food enough either. Fries are 10/10, steak burgers are great and fry sauce/jalapeno sauce is killer.
Burgers are top notch, great smash and amazing seasoning. Fries are skinny and crispy and delicious. All the ice cream slaps. One of the best burger joints
Asked for a triple and got a double. Patties were paper thin and sooo salty I couldn’t finish it. They were cooked well done, half of it flaked off. Worst burgers anywhere. Everything else is ok.
I loved the shoestring fries, tasty.I got the #2 double bacon steak burger, it tasted great, but were the smallest and thinnest patties I've had in a while. The Jalapeño fry sauce was good and a different take for an original and different flavor.The staff was attentive, prompt, and friendly. The restuarant was somewhat busy inside but also had a lot of people in the drive up which they kept up on orders.They have 3 types of sll beef hot dogs, custards and malts and shakes which you have a ton of extra toppings and add ons you can individualize you custard or shake
Beware of the crispy chicken sanwich with healthy chunks of ligament and bone . I was disapointed to find that their delicious looking crispy chicken sandwich is just an over sized nugget. I was further dissapointed to find chunks of ligament and bone in the gross nugget wad. The image of the chicken sandwich on the menu is true false advertising. I understand sandwiches dont look as pictured on the menu but the sandwich pictured on the menu is an entirely different species of sandwich.
Amazing amazing! I visited for the first time today around 2:15pm. I didn’t know exactly what to get and the person taking my order was super patient and super helpful. She gave me the best recommendation for an ice cream I wish I got It’s name. It was super tasty. The burger was ridiculously good as well. I most definitely will be back. Super satisfied. Highly recommend!!
This food is more expensive for smaller portions of similar quality. Not worth it at all.$14.92 for 2 double cheeseburgers that aren’t even satisfying. You know what your could get from BurgerKing for $6.89? A giant freaking premium burger not just some soggy basic double cheeseburger that just tastes like a mouthful of mustard.
