Great view of the mountains while sitting outdoors on the veranda. Amazing sandwiches on the menu with many opportunities for variations. Friendly staff and programs to help the community.
I love their subs. Just the regular old steak and cheese is probably the best one they have, but they're all great. The bread is fantastic. One of the staff, didn't see his name, I saw him notice a dog sitting outside by the dogs owners that were eating at the outside tables. It was about 95° outside and he took a clear bowl of water out to the dog. It didn't look like anybody asked him and the owners looked surprised and very happy to be able to offer it to their dog, that then lapped up all the water. The employee had very long brown hair, kind of on the thin side, I see him here most of the times I've come in and he's always very nice, this dude should get a raise.Dog owners: please remember that if it's hot outside your dog needs more water than you think and twice as much as they usually need. Plan ahead and bring some (They make all sorts of collapsible bowls that fit in your pocket for when you go on walks/hikes) . Also asphalt and concrete can and does burn the pads of their feet, they can get blisters and get severely damaged from walking on hot asphalt.
Really good subs, a litte on the pricey side. But you do get a lot of meat.Love that they support the firemen and women.
Literally the only reason we came here on the east coast vs a subway was due to the sauces. I get that some customers might still paranoid about covid but if you don’t trust the sauces don’t use them. Pretty lame they are still doing this.Decent space restaurant they have here and it’s clean
First time trying Firehouse Subs. Great food but the customer service was FANTASTIC! William was very helpful , descriptive, and was a great person to talk to. We will be back to this location!
Food is great. However we left feeling bad for the kid on the sub bar being harassed by his manager about time off, a conversation he could have pulled him aside to have. Super unprofessional to do during a lunch rush. Its difficult as is it find decent employees you think he’d had a little more respect for the ones that show up. I think that manager needs a reevaluation on his position.
Does this look good to you??? Fort Union Utah. Waited 25 minutes for this b
Really disappointing. They screwed up our order not only did my husband drive back twice to get a new sandwich but the second time it was screwed up and it wasn’t a complicated order. However, when we tried to call multiple times to ask for a refund they’d either hang up or just not answer the phone. We wanted to support the company we liked that they supported local fire departments and departments in the community like that. But this is not the first time this happened, so I’ve personally just had enough with it. Unfortunately, if you have food restrictions I would REALLY NEVER go here. They just don’t listen and they don’t refund you for the mistake.
Food preps were not wearing masks. Apparently the pandemic is over at this location.
Store manager is super polite and really cares about his staff and how the store looks. Twice in the week I decided to trap the meatball. I highly recommend you going the same. One of the best meatball sandwich I’ve had since living in Utah. With so many restaurants and fast food joints closing their lobby due to staffing issues on that C-19 crisisThis firehouse subs has been able to continue to keep its lobby open while maintaining professional service and a delicious menuNo short cuts here people.
