I came here one night for dinner with my dad. The food was absolutely delicious!! Very tasty and filling. The chips were really yummy too. The salsa was good but very watery. The service could have been a bit better as well. Other than that, my dad and I enjoyed our food a lot. Also, this place is cash only so be sure to have cash on you when you go!
this was literally the most disgusting Mexican food i’ve ever had. the salsa is literally Tostino’s chunky salsa nothing authentic about it. the only people who seem to enjoy the food is caucasians. the authentic food they claim to have is nowhere in site. carnitas were dry, tortillas were dry, just very gross flavorless food in general. i will never recommend this place to anyone.
I've been coming to this restaurant for over 25 years, ever since I was a young child, and it never disappoints! The food is ALWAYS on point, tastes great and gives you a feeling of authenticity. I would totally recommend getting the "bean dip" appetizer to start your meal with. (It's more than just your average bean dip)Everyone I've ever taken here seems to really enjoy this place as much as my family and I do, and I couldn't recommend this place enough! 5 STARS ? ? ? ? ?
Ordered a chili Verde burrito smothered. I was expecting cheese with onions got a little gravey with a few onions not many,no sides at all..cost me a few cents under 10.00,burrito was not huge..no, I'm not a glutton,but for a small dish, wasn't expecting it to be so much..service was good tho.

This place is a hidden gem. The carne asada is real carne asada. Not too sure about the carnitas but everything else was delicious. The thing that separates this place is the customer service. Spot on with everything throughout dinner service. They brought stuff out without us even having to ask. That’s a 10/10 in my book.
This is a secret gem! I eat modified keto so I avoid Mexican restaurants (I wish more would offer low-carb tortilla dishes!), but my family loves El Farol so I tagged along and immediately got addicted to their Tortilla Soup (sans tortillas)! The broth is just stunning, and there's no beans or rice - just fresh, shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, avocado and cheese. I have stopped by for takeout soup every other week for nearly two months. And the staff are wonderful. El Farol is clean, inviting and delicious!
We love El Farol Mexican food - I grew up on it. It was my grandma favorite restaurant - authentic and delicious. Service is always very nice.

I ordered a steak chimichanga. When I received my order they gave me a pork chimichanga. I called and asked why I received pork and they said they don’t have pork so it’s not pork but it’s a marinated beef. Then I double checked the menu and in the fine print it says their carnitas is pork roast. I called back and pointed out that it is in fact Pork and they said yes it is but we can’t help you out. If it was Pork they should’ve said something when I said steak instead of handling it the way they did. We were excited to try this place from friends reviews but the service could’ve been better for sure. I feel like most places would have just switched it for beef. We were very disappointed in how this went and their unwillingness to help.
