This Cup Bop is fantastic! I've always gotten the same thing but Larissa recommended the fried chicken, Rock Bop and oh my is it fantastic! We had a little sauce mixup but the team here were on it! Larissa was professional and very nice!
Tasty food really enjoyed the piggy bop had it a few times here. Last time I went in not sure if they were some newer crew members but last time I ordered it fell a little short and seemed lacking in some areas but I would still definitely eat here again.
Loved this place! Got the Rock Bop and the tangy chicken was spot on. Medium sauce was a little spicy and sweet. Very very friendly lady working. Felt welcome and left full and happy!
For the most it was pretty good, prices are different on web then restaurant. Kimchi was horrible and was charged 2.75 for 3oz in 4oz cup. Pot stickers were old not even warm. The chicken kabob was different but 3.75 for 1. Fried chicken was really good, and the sweet beef was also good. Rice, noodles, and veggies were nummy I would go back.

I loved it myself but it was spicy my wife only had one bite and had a major reaction. I'm sure I ordered things that were not spicy and only asked for sweet sauce but it all had more kick than most places medium spicy I might visit on my own but can't bring my wife. If you're allergic to spicy don't even dare try this place
We first looked up the rating 4.6 we thought oh this must be a great place to eat. There were three of us. We ordered and then that is where everything went wrong they messed up our order three on the third time we were so irritated that we just took what was made. We spent around $32. Our bowls were not even half way full. On top of that I personally can not handle heat I ask for a spice level 2 and they gave me like a 4. I couldn’t even finish the meal. They had a bunch of people in the back and only had two people up front. They tables were dirty as well probably one of my worst experiences at a place.

The service here is consistently terrible. The staff are all very slow, they look like they're miserable to be there, and they are very unfriendly. The only reason I give this place two stars is because the food is good. That's the only reason I go here at all. Cupbop does not seem to care about the very poor service because nothing has been done about it in the almost 2 years I've been coming to this location.
