Ok I don’t know what the deal is but this drive thru is one of the worst drive thru’s I’ve ever been through, I tried to get brush it off and go again but than again a horrible experience, there is no way in hell this is worth 10 dollars worth of food. And the food looks absolutely horrible, someone in that store needs to be retrained because this is unacceptable. I’m not paying 10 dollars for a same amount of food as the kids meal. Absolutely ridiculous!
Update: Penelope and the rest of the crew were great. Definitely got busy at the end but they tried their hardest to complete our orders in a timely manner. Thanks!Salads are so much better here than Cafe Rio’s. Genuinely love their sauce. Customer service is always great!
Typical Costa here. Like 7 people working but only 1 waiting on customers. Wasn't an issue and the food was pretty decent. Photos are of aftermath.
We had a great experience at the drive thru Monday night, I'm so glad this location has one. Our food was prepared very quickly and I had a great time speaking with one of the employees, Tamara! Thanks for the delicious and filling dinner! And I so appreciate not having to get out of my car. ?
One star is actually being nice. I ordered my food pulled up to the window sat and waited for 25 minutes all while trying to get their attention. There were four young high school kids laughing and goofing off. Finally one came to the window and said “OMG I forgot about you” and laughed to which I replied “it’s not funny, I have waited 25 minutes.” All she said was “Welp” and shut the window in my face. Finally gave me food without an apology and handed me my food rudely and all put out. I get home and it’s not even my order it was someone else’s, so now two customers have incorrect orders. I get it is hard to find people who want to work but these young kids need more training if they are working in customer service. What a joke it was.

The quality of the food has really gone downhill over the years. Expect everything to have the bare minimum of meat and instead be loaded with rice and beans. Even asking for extra meat on anything results in one tiny additional pinch of meat. I have a hunch that management is training the staff to serve this way, because it's very consistent.However, the staff are very nice and the service is fast.
I usually love Costa Vida for its gluten-free options and speed of its staff, but I'm always disappointed with this location. It is consistently messy, extremely slow, and poorly managed. And if you order anything gluten-free, the employees will take 10 times longer to do your order and cross contaminate it in the process. If you want a great experience at Costa Vida, choose a different location.
I ordered the steak burrito with extra meat. It was phenomenal. I tend to go out to eat a lot with people from my work. I always love Costa Vida. The food tastes more fresh and authentic than some of the other similar restaurants. The staff is always super friendly and restaurants are clean. Great experience everytime.
