Ordered the chips + queso & they didn’t give us the chips. Came here tonight more hopeful that everything would go smoothly. Messed up one of our burritos. Had to ask them to remake it. Luckily the worker caught it & told us. After waiting, crossing my fingers nothing else was wrong, got home & they messed up my burrito. Wrong sauce on it, I can’t handle spice so I could barely eat it. No dressing in the bag like I ordered. No napkins or utensils either. Super disappointed with this location.
They were quick but only at the expense of making quality food. They did not provide me with napkins, utensils, and they put ice in my beverage which I told him not to do. The cheese was not even melted and the temperature of my food was barely above room temperature.
We ordered from the website and got a pretty quick estimated pickup time. Went to get our food and it was ready right at the estimated time, which was great. The food was hot and fresh, and like other locations it was absolutely delicious.This location has tablets to order from inside and it has a monitor that shows the status of your order. It also has a drive thru if you don't want to go inside.
Well its Cafe Rio, a little smaller than the locations in use to and all your ordering is done on a screen with no human interaction. The food was fast and portion sizes are good. Taste is usually between a 5-7/10 places is kept clean and all employees wore their mask. I had the steak burrito enchilada style and ordered it with extra meat and feel like they missed the extra but i'll still go back.
I’m very disappointed in this cafe rio. I’ve ordered steak for my burrito and did not get a single piece of steak ! I read the reviews and I agree with everyone who gave this one star. I do not recommend
Bad service, soda machine was giving coke without sirup, burritos were wrap the wrong way, forgot the chips on the order, also we order wakamole and they mixed with hot sauce instead of just plain wakamole it was super hot and I like hot sauce don’t give me wrong. The Horchata wasnt prepare the right way. There were all bunch of employees just chilling to have all this mistakes, the tres leches had sooo much whip cream it was just exaggerated the strawberries were cut with the same nife they cut the onions on top of been dry not moisted thats how they taste like. I think this store need to be manage in a better way it has a lot of potencial but not at the moment

Literally the worst Cafe Rio location in Utah. Given this location multiple chances because it’s close to my house. Will never go here again. They asked me what bean I wanted and didn’t even include them, or the rice. Tortillas are always stale, like they don’t make them in store. This isn’t not the first time they have messed up an order for me. Never again.
I like Cafe Rio. This location was different than most. ordering food was easy here but the quality was bad. Salad and burrito both bland nothing tasted like the others in the valley. The salad was drenched in water.
Not so great customer service. First time there and ain't going back. Employees needs to smile and be people friendly instead of ignoring customers ?
