We went through the drive thru at like 10:00 tonight and the food was so fresh and warm. I'm a huge Burger King hater but the place looked so fresh and new that we had to try it out, and we're both so glad we did. The food was actually delicious...? Totally not was I was expecting and very pleasantly surprised. Would definitely go again.

This is the second time I've had issues with this burger King. The 1st time I ordered a chicken deluxe and they gave me a burger(and that was a week ago), the 2nd time (was today) I didn't get the large onion ring I ordered, frys were stale, and the mozzarella sticks were over cooked. I work in a place where I can't leave to get food so I either have to get it on my way to work or order through doordash. I've gone though the drive though both times. Next time I go I'm going inside and asking to speak to a manager. cause calling them does nothing, they answer, don't say anything, and hang up... I don't like to have to act like a Karen but if I have to I will... to be honest I miss the highland drive location it was the better location. Yall should have just left it there...

I dont usually time the drive through. But today I did, 39 minutes is way to long to wait for Burger King.Pulled up for my turn to order and nothing.. radio silence. So I waited and waited then after 4.5 minutes I said ah hello?? Anyone there?? Nothing. Then she hops on snd takes my order....I know we are all short handed but good lord. A simple hey give me a minute and I will be right with you. Is that to much to ask for??

Employees need to pay more attention! I ordered Whopper WITH cheese, got Whopper without cheese. Do we have to open each item to check it is correct before we leave the drivethru?

I don't like the taste of burnt and charred meat, But my husband does. Lounge was extremely long for 8:45 pm. Took me about 20 minutes wait in the line that included ordering, paying, getting food, and a lot of waiting.

Decided to order on Uber eats, then get a message from my delivery driver that this restaurant just decided to close early. What a crock. Lazy employees are the worst.

Was just there ordered 2 whoppers both were cold like they had been sitting around all day! Plus she asked if I wanted cookies for a dollar, I said yes. Well finally get up to the window and I'm told oh we dont have cookies! But we will give you a slice of chocolate pie instead. I said okay then she takes that out and the other gal handed me the sack and said here you go! I said the other woman took the pie out! Well this is the final straw!! I will never eat at bk again you have lost a customer forever! I just tried to call the restaurant and they picked up the phone and hung up on me!

My order took forever, it was wrong and cold. They charged me extra and when I asked for a receipt they said they don't have receipts. One of burgers ended up having half of the patty EATEN! That is disgusting customer service do not waste money here.

This facility is horrible for door dashing. Pulled up and all the workers were all in the car smoking. They ran in as we approached. Food had not even been started. Drive through full of cars not moving. Horrible customer service. Poor management.

Went through the drive through to get food. The informed me to wait for a bit, which can be understandable if they are short staffed, although there was no one else in line. Waited for about ten minutes with the window down in the freezing cold so i didnt miss them when they were ready, when another car pulled up and was able to order immediately. I then tried to get someones attention as i had been waiting for quite some time and it was clear that they werent too busy for the person who came well after i did, but received no response or acknowledgment that i was still there. Since they refused to respond, it was impossible to actually order, and that being the case, would recommend others to pass on this location to somewhere else that actually wants their money
