Poor quality food compared to the west valley location. Usually a much longer wait than usual because they also use door dash to deliver their food instead of their own drivers. Last instance of that the door dash driver sampled both of our pizzas and then attempted to reshape them, hoping that we wouldn't notice. Last straw for us is calling to place an order during open hours, only to be told to call after 4pm. It was 4:58 pm at the time of the call. So disappointed in this location, we gave it over a year and a half since we moved into the area... but after everything we've experienced we will never be coming back.If you want good pizza and service, just go to the west valley location and ask for Mauricio. He'll take great care of you!
VERY poor experience. Placed an order for delivery which I ended up needing to cancel. Called to cancel 2 hours in advance and was told the order was cancelled without asking my name or about the order or anything and when I asked if they needed that info i was told "we got it". The order was delivered anyway (no surprise). I called this morning to talk to the manager, I've been put on hold and transferred probably 15 times, for over an hour just to finally be told there is no manager there. Will not be using again.
Spent 80$ for three large pizzas. They were terrible beyond imagine. I've never had a worse pizza in my life. We've been costumers for over ten years plus and they must have new owners..... The pizza was dry with very very little ingredients like they are trying to save a buck. I'm blown away. If I were anyone wanting a pizza go to the pie or papa John's. I'll never buy pizza from big daddy's again. We called and they wouldn't even hear our concerns. NO THANK YOU.....
This is for the owner of this location. It is abvious the staff are trying to sabotage your business.I went in, and the guy in front of me in line reported that an employee came in, stuck him s tongue out at him and asked him who he was looking at (trying to start something). He decided just to leave and not order.I sat down to wait. I noticed that I was the only one wearing a mask, which doesn't bother me and is normal in this part of town. An employee came up into the waiting area and wildly coughed all over my direction, grabbed a drink from the fridge, then did it again on his way back. I just got up, left, and cancelled my order.I know these Big Daddy licensee locations don't make much money. And this one has been lowering their prices. But low prices are not going to work. I suggest clearing house, then paying bonuses for quantity and quality measures. The hourly workers don't want to see you succeed there.Good luck! Your going to need it.
I love this pizza so much!They are open late and that has been a lifesaver many times.The cheese on that pizza, oh the cheese on that pizza! --- delicious, great promo on Mondays, open pretty much all the time... win-win all the time!
If I could give a zero star I would , we ordered through DoorDash they told the dasher our order was stolen twice so the dasher told them to cancel the order , we called the manager and he refused to cancel it on his end and kept saying it’s all dashers fault which all he had to do was cancel our order on his end so we could get an easy refund but instead he refused wouldn’t refund the money and allowed people to come in and take others orders
Ordered pizza and wings online. Received notification 30 minutes later that they canceled my order for some reason. My card was charged for something I didn’t receive and now I’m told I have to wait 3-5 days to process my refund. Careful folks.
I ordered $50.00 worth of pizza, breadsticks, and drinks on Halloween. My money was accepted. When I tried to pick it up, the store was closed. It was 5:45 pm on a Sunday. There was a sign on the door that they were closed. The website said they were open. No attempt has been made to refund my money. I got to feed my party guests frozen pizza.Good luck if you order here.Also, the owner issued the useless comment below and hasn’t refunded my money and is dodging my phone calls 3 weeks later. So according to the recent reviews, you will probably not actually receive the pizza you paid for or maybe it will have a hair in it like the other reviewer said. Gross.
Ordered the biggest pizza available for a party I had 10/24 and was informed by a guest there was a hair baked into their pizza. Disappointed in the lack of food safety and sanitation with this place
Ordered combo without Olives. Had to go through hoops to get a refund after waiting over to hours for my pizza to ne delivered through Slice....they deliver my pizza to the wrong house. They sent me back to Slice for their error
