In need of a boost this morning I decide to hit this location. Quality here has been iffy the last few months but I thought I would give it another try. I regret my decision. I ordered a large hot Carmel Cielo with an extra shot and was given hot water with a slight roast coffee flavor. No caramel. No espresso. This has happened before and my team and I from one of the larger businesses across the street to the south will no longer be patrons at this location.
Stopped in for a coffee this morning, first time visiting. Americano was excellent and the person that took and prepared my order was extremely friendly and even took the time to ask if I had any plans for the day, etc. Always nice to find an establishment that still values customer service
Great service, they are very busy but well staffed and efficient. The B cheesy was delicious and so was my frozen lemonade ?
I was helped by two sweet baristas that were very nice and attentive. It was evening of April 19.
Similar to Starbucks, but a bit more relaxed. Very friendly service and delicious hot drinks.
Every time I go here the customer service seems to get worse and worse as well as the wait! I'm a frequent customer and not like it will make a difference but looks like I'll be going elsewhere!

Customer service is not great, I went inside to order a breakfast sandwich, and waited 20 minutes before someone asked me if I was waiting for something. The people behind me in line got their food before me, which is unacceptable. Apparently the person cooking did not know there was an order waiting. And nobody apologized for the wait or thanked me for being patient, I was not happy when I left. The expensive microwaved sandwich was not worth all of this.
