I love Arctic Circle. West valley location is my spot. But since theLatest management change I haveNot been impressed. But my last visit was the worst. Not sure I want to go back. As we went in the manager was talking with his boss at the counter. They were discussing monthly sales amounts. I feel this should be discussed somewhere other than in front of customers. When we finished our Meal we went to the counter to get a courtesy cone. We stood there for at least five minutes as the manager and other employees walked past while working on orders for the drive thru. Not one of them even acknowledged us. Not a word from them. After waiting for at least five minutes we left. Not impressed at all! Not a smile among them.
Got ripped off $1.50 today. Guess someone needed a drink.

Great place to work at cause most of everyone here is fun to work with plus amazing food.
Horrible service at this location. Employees are rude and careless. The restaurant is always filthy. I live next to this location and out of the last 10 times I've been there probably 8 of the orders were made wrong or missing something. This was a great location when Jesse Kyte was the manager. Terrible since he left.
Horrible experience many times! This place is going down hill. They took over the store by my house after the franchise owner ran it into the ground. Remodeled it twice and it still sucks! Don’t bother contacting the corporate office because they don’t return emails or phone calls. I grew up going to this place and I have so many great memories, very sad to see the direction this company is headed.
Food was good service is slow!
