Who are these group of clowns you got working in the afternoon that would rather BS with their friends instead of taking an order? Disgustingly rude. I bet if corporate knew what these idiots were doing, they would clean house. Also, I looked in the kitchen area and Logan landfill looks more inviting. Do health inspections even exist anymore?...

Refused to honor my mobile app reward, refused to charge me for it, and talked to the manager who Rudely said "I can't do anything for you." You can't even charge me for what I order?! Tyler, the store/district manager refused to talk to me about the issue. This is not only the Worst customer service experience I've had from a Wendy's, but from a fast food establishment period. I work a few blocks away from here, but will wait to go to McDonald's instead - NEVER coming to this Wendy's again. A real shame because we do prefer Wendy's.

They messing around too much in the drive through. I don't want to know your taking your shoes off or hear your jokes. Go walk in the back and have fun. Like.. hide your bs from everyone. Don't just do it in the window...

Ketchup dispenser exploded on my new white shirt because it had not been cleaned. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR STORE CLEAN. Wish I could award zero stars. Bought this shirt yesterday in Puerto Rico.

The guy at the drive-thru is absolutely amazing!! I believe his name is Micheal. He’s so sweet and super nice to talk to! Great customer service!! Food is always great!

This Wendy needs to improve all from the way they talk to customers. To the there listening skills in general. I had to go back twice because they were to busy playing around in the back. And not listening to what was being said. I personally will not be going back to this Wendy's until they get some organization skills and better communication skills worked out.

Fries were super hot and fresh. The chicken sandwich I had was really good but ordered spicy, and got regular, but either way, it was still pretty good.

Worst drive thru experience. Handed us our food, we were missing an entire burger and fries. They wanted to check our bags, like we were lying. We handed back out our bags and guess what we were right, missing the burger and fries. So we waited then they gave us the missing food. Burger missing bacon, fries half filled, plus no condiments in the burger just plain! No ketchup in bag. My husband called and they said come back and they will make it again, he was on his dinner break from work can't go back because they are CLOSED! Never going here again, overpriced, rude, uncaring, and doesn't get orders correct.

Standing in line for about 20 minutes in the front of their store. About 2 customers ahead of me and 10 behind me. Rob is manager on shift plus a lady in blonde. Workers are getting stressed since the line is getting long however for the last 20 minutes they have continued to help the drive through and tell everyone to stay away from the front. I’ve been standing here staring at the workers now for 20 minutes without a single one helping the line in front.

Today I had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I pulled through the drive-through and spoke with the worker over the speaker to speaking with the worker out the window. They were so kind and so polite. Completely surpassed any experience I’ve had anywhere else including Chick-fil-A. I wish I would have gotten their names. But if you were on drive through duty at the south Logan Wendy’s at 11:10 am, thank you!!!!
