The last straw with this place. I’m usually patient with one time bad experiences but this is the 3rd or 4th time. We’ve gotten uncooked chicken (after waiting extra time for them to cook it), wrong orders, burnt/inedible food and terrible customer service. How do these people stay in business? The Smithfield Wendy’s is worth the drive if it’s too late in the day for Chik Fil A.
Worst Wendy's ever. Wendys is love, wendys is life, however, this wendys is a disgrace to Wendy herself... bless her heart. How this wendys is still in business blows my mind. Takes about 20 minutes per car and they always get your order wrong and have the worst employees of anywhere in the valley. Shout out to Smithfield Wendy's for keeping the dream alive. Shame on you Logan Wendys
We came to Wendy’s at about 9:20 and had a rather large order, but nothing too crazy. The person taking the order was very impatient and pushy as we kept adding orders, which we understood. They were out of a lot of things at 9 even thought they close reportedly “at midnight.” We were asked to pull forward, told they were out of another thing we ordered. We were not given a receipt after paying roughly $50 for our food and receiving about half of what we ordered. When they gave us our 1/2 completed order they were rude, calling us an inconvenience to them, “we ordered the whole menu”. We received our food at 9:50… after being very patient and understanding with them, we’re inconvenient. All around disappointing service and not encouraging to come back. If I could rate a negative star, I would. This isn’t even the first time.
I come here for doordash a lot and I don't think I've ever had an order ready on time. They've been belligerent with me before since I dared to get a second order that I told them about at the window. (What, you want me to drive all the way back around the store and wait in the drive thru you can barely manage?) It's not exactly like my arrival is the first you've heard of these deliveries, so why are they never on time?
Getting tired of having to yell into the speaker they can't hear you and you have to repeat yourself about 3 times and when you get your order it is wrong. They do have good food if you get what you ordered.
I don't have a car so I placed a pickup order and was going to call them as to what I should do when I got there as their lobby is closed. As I was looking up their number, an employee came and got the name for my order etc and it was a short wait before I got my food. A shorter employee with purple hair gave me my food and rather rudely told me that they weren't supposed to take orders in person. I never expected them to. I placed an online order and was in the process of calling them to find out the safest way to get my food. considering that I don't have a car, I wasn't going to walk up to their drive through unless they said I could. I appreciate their efforts to keep their employees and the public safe, but if they have no procedure in place to help pedestrians I would have liked to have known that before I placed my order. If they do have a procedure to help people who do not have the luxury of owning a car, I would have liked to be told what it was instead of being told off.
I go here when they have decent deals on their app, which happens occasionally. The food is good, particularly their breakfast, and I love being able to have a satisfying meal for less than $3. Service is hit or miss, and sometimes the drive-thru can be very slow.
This Wendy's is always busy and with the labor shortage everywhere and Supply shortages it isn't quick to get in and out, but I hope the employees that work there see this review and know how much I appreciate them always being friendly and doing the best they can! Thank you!
Cold fries every time, Burgers made by 2 year olds, and they will short you nuggets, need I say more?My friends and I are boycotting this location. If you would like to jump on board the Wendy's Train, get off on the next stop southbound, it's much better.
If someone orders a large fry, give them a large fry! Not a small fry in a large container. Half of which the fries were burnt and inedible. You’re service is horrible. Also I should mention, there was no car behind me and they didn’t seem to be busy, so it’s not a lunch rush issue… it’s a not wanting to do your job issue.
