The chicken thighs are amazing! I'm a great home cook, I rather make my own food if I want something truly delicious. This chicken is one of those dishes that I would much rather go out to get rather than make myself!I loved the aftertaste of the smoke on that! And you can tell it's fresh because it's juicy!Very friendly staff as well!Edit: I came back to try the steak on fries. Amazing! And the fry sauce is great!
Came here on a recommendation, so glad we did!! Both of our meals were made quickly. The chicken was grilled perfectly, salad was amazing, sweet potato fries were perfect. We will definitely be back.
Awesome place! The food was good and the staff are all very friendly. We tried the chicken strips and tomato bacon pasta. The chicken strips were juicy and had a yummy breading. The pasta was pretty good. I felt the portion size to be small for the price. You can get a better pasta and twice as much over at Maymoes for less money. The wait was pretty long to get our order despite not being very busy. Nearly 30 minutes. They have a sign up telling you that burgers take 20min so I don’t think they care much about getting things out super quick. Just make sure you have the time. Our food wasn’t hot when we got it. Still warm but like it had been sitting for a bit. Overall it was great, however. We were happy to try it and wouldn’t shy away from coming back another time!
I had the spring salad it was delicious. There are nuts in the salad if one has a nut allergy. I highly recommend their in house lemonade. It is refreshing and not overly sweet. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. However, they were not busy at the time.
This is for sure my new favorite place to eat. The menu is simplistic and not over complicated. I ordered the Steak on Fries. The steak was cooked perfectly and the green sauce on top was great. I saw some complaints about ordering to go. I'd say common sense will tell you you should expect it to not be as good after sitting for so long. I highly advise eating at the restaurant because the outside patio is nice on a sunny day and obviously your food will be super fresh.
My husband & I have been wanting to try this place for a while, we realized they do take out and placed an order drove 25 minutes to try them out we got chicken strips for our toddler, I got the steak on frites and my husband got the pull pork sandwich unfortunately since they don't do any substitute and requests he was unable to get the coleslaw on the side we usually get veggies off completely or on the side due to the bread becoming soggy for sandwiches or burgers unfortunately the bread was soggy once we got eating I'm sure dine in is way better than takeout my steak was so tender great with the chimichurri,my toddler wasn't a fan of the tenders but loved the fries all in all if you live far it's better to dine in, only down side was the no requests.
Outstanding food! Don't miss this hidden gem. We stopped in for an early dinner and got a treat for our tastebuds! The steak salad with sweet potato fries was a symphony of flavors! The balsamic dressing was excellent and complimented all the ingredients. The skirt steak was marinated and cooked to perfection! We also ordered the Anaheim burger with battered fries which was also a flavorful bite and tops on my burger list. Stop in soon and let The Charcoal Grill become your new favorite spot!
The food here was amazing. We ordered the Steak and Fries & the Thighs on fries. The steak was cooked as ordered and the thighs have a nice smokey flavor.The restaurant was well lit and clean. The staff was super friendly. 10/10 will eat here again.
This is the best place. The food is always fresh and amazing. Don't expect it fast because it is cooked fresh, to order. 2 people can eat for less than 25 dollars. Everything I've ever ordered has been wonderful.
Love it, happy to have a grill north of Logan that's good fresh and affordable. The sweet potato Fry's are the best I've ever had. nice and crispy. The burgers were great and different from other places with good burgers they had a nice charcoal flavor and simply but well seasoned with a good sauce. I'll be back to try more.
