It was mother's day so the place was packed. Had about a 20 minute wait in the car before we got the text that they were ready for us.However, the service was on point. Drinks were made to order, including alterations. The appetizer came out quickly and fresh rolls were excellent.It was a bit of a wait on the main course because the kitchen was backed up. Not surprising considering how crowded it was.Anytime the manager or a worker walked by they asked if they could get anything for us.When the food came it was exactly as ordered and very delicious.While waiting for our food we added a to go for my son who didn't come with us. His order was ready to go when were.Great service and excellent food

We enjoy dining at Texas Roadhouse restaurants when on the road. In our experience they can be hit or miss. The food is consistently good, but the service varies from fair to excellent depending upon the location and restaurant management. We stopped by for dinner at this location in April 2022. It turns out that this is one of the best TX Roadhouse experiences we have ever had, and we attribute it to the friendly and attentive staff and management. We will definitely dine here again the next time we're in Logan. (And even though you didn't have Blue Moon, your recommendation to go with Shock Top was spot-on. Thanks!)
Save your money. This is the third time we’ve ordered food here. We kept hoping it would get better. It didn’t. We ordered online and added knives and forks to our order since we’re staying in a hotel. We specifically asked if they were included when we picked up the food. We were assured they were. They weren’t. The order was all jumbled up. We had nothing to eat it with. When we called the restaurant we were handed off to who they said was the manager, Amber. Her one word answer was, “Okay”. Really? No, not okay. We’re done.
Quality has gone way down. And what happened to the barrels of peanuts? Ordered a medium prime rib and it tastes like ham and had a bizarre smell. It was pink on the outside! The texture was fine but the steak itself wasn't seared on both sides, not fully cooked. Menu should at lest list what is put on the steak. I think it was due to the liquid smoke. It tasted terrible.. Won't be coming back here again for steak.
Since I am on a weight loss journey (lost 75 pounds so far) I want to make sure that I make the best possible food choices to support my health goals. Texas Roadhouse affords me that opportunity. I can order, grilled chicken, salmon, shrimp or steak. I can order broccoli, green beans or salad. The staff at this location is extremely accommodating and helpful - they make sure to keep my water glass filled with water (no ice) each time I go.
Food was exceptional as always, hot and cooked perfectly. Our server was super attentive and personable.The music was much quieter tonight which was a fantastic surprise. We could actually hear each other speak. My husband had a stroke recently and loud places are very overwhelming to him. We have so many gift cards for Texas Roadhouse and have only eaten here a couple times during the week early evening to try and avoid all the noise and crowds. Thanks for finally listening to your customers and turning down the tunes.
I usually order steak, but last time I came, it was so thin and salty that I refuse to order steak again. This time, I ordered a cactus onion and herb grilled chicken. The cactus onion never arrived. The chicken came raw on the inside and when I notified the waitress, she rolled her eyes and asked me "so what?" I had to explain that I wanted it cooked so that it wasn't raw on the inside. It took over 10 minutes to get it cooked and back to me. The manager tried to make it right by bringing it back with a baked sweet potato. That was the highlight of the meal.Summary: Get the baked sweet potato. It was delicious. Check your chicken for doneness.
My husband took me for a early Valentine's dinner. The food was great and our server Noah was awesome. Very polite, very attentive. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for a enjoyable afternoon.
