I had a large order of taco goodness. The awesome girl that took my order gave me a free drink, saying that it was going to take a while. I was super impressed by this gesture. They were actually very fast pulling the order together. The food was super good and fresh, staff was friendly, fast, and top-notch on execution. Definitely coming back for those nacho fries! Good job - I hope your boss rewards you for your great work!
My husband and I went through the drive-thru to order, I went to get my husband his food out and I could not differentiate between my order and his. I went inside and pulled the shift manager to the side, showed him the bag and explained the problem. He was awesome and remade my order as well as fixed an oops from a couple days ago. That is what I look for in a manager in any business setting. This is what customer service is about and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and help from Justin. Thank you thank you thank you. I came with my wife and the employee was out side smoking, that's cool but they didn't wash their hands and started touched our food and coughed on it. Those employees should be charged!!! They are Animals. It happend on sunday at 3:00 February 2/20/22
the person taking our order ripped our bag in front of us and pulled apart our food with no gloves on?? and didn’t give us the drink cup we ordered lol…. VERY awkward experience 10/10 would not recommend
Barely any chicken in the chalupas and were cold. They didn't even call my name or number, they just placed my food on the counter and walked away.
Isaiah was working the last night shift and went above and beyond in service, by far has now made this my most favorite Taco Bell in existence
I never bother to write reviews but this time is called for . I have never had a worker be so rude toward customers before today at around 11 pm me and my boyfriend went to get food . And the worker was so rude she had the worst attitude ever . She was basically yelling at us and when she messed up the order my boyfriend just told her super nicely hey you for got this . And thank you she slammed the window door . And then yelled basically it’s 27.06. Then she throws the food in the car basically. I think this is so uncalled for . I work in the food industry myself . And even when you have bad days you don’t need to take it out on other . No one should ever be treated like this. And as a paying customer !!!!! Im not happy . The food was okay for my boyfriend. But my quesadilla had no cheese . So it was just a dilla with 5 chicken pieces. And she charged us for something she said they were out of .
Worst customer service ever!! Asked girl at window to put items that were tossed everywhere in a new tray and separate bag and the manager proceeded to yell about it and tell my husband to get F'd! Ridiculous, he called the cops and of course they did nothing. This guy needs to loose his job, im blown away at the service we received. Will NEVER eat at this Taco Bell again, poor management!
best taco bell yet! courteous fast drive thruclean professional looking employees. my order was perfect AND I got sauces and napkins at this one!
