Not sure if the worker was new but seems like they didn't know how the sandwich I ordered was made. So he completely constructed a random sandwich with zero toppings and called it good. Not only was I highly offended by this, also disappointed when we went in. There was a laminated paper with instructions on how to make it and he took merely a glimpse.Shout out to the other worker though, made sure everything went right when I came back for a new sandwich. Sorry your coworker messed up
Always love the customer service here, always nice & polite. They always make the sandwiches nice & neat??. This is always my GoTo subway in Logan⭐️
The staff was very slow, didnt seem to care about the customer and seemed irritated. Food on the other hand was delicious. Wish they would have cut my salad toppings up instead of throwing them in.
This subway does not stay open until 10. Just tried going in and they had their doors locked at 9:40. They saw me then shut the lights off. They should probably post that they close at 9:30 instead of 10.
My sandwich always comes out great, they could use some help with their service tho. I get it, good help is hard to come by but instead of helping a co-worker make his sandwich for break the young lady should've been finishing my order first seeing as how there was no other customers in the building.
They recently remodeled and the new space is very nice. Delicious sandwiches as always (they have mozzarella now!)
I've been eating pretty much the same sandwich for 30 years (veggie or turkey with all the veggies) and it never gets old! My fav sandwich place!
I love this subway! The people are so nice and they build awesome sandwiches!
The sandwiches tasted good. My two complaints though are: 1) the menu has become confusing. We wanted the grilled chicken, which apparently now is the rotisserie chicken. No sub of the day (at least on the overhead menu). 2) While the young employees weren't rude, they were stoic despite my attempts to try to interact with them. I know all places are having a struggle finding workers, but maybe at least a small smile and a welcome would make it more enjoyable.
Subway has good food for a great price! My only problem is with their app. Trying to complete my order it will never process, I have to get on their website and push it through there.
