absolutely love this starbucks! the workers are always so nice, and they get everything out so quickly.i had a bit of an experience the other day where i accidentally hit my drink against the edge of my window and popped the lid off in the drive-thru. it got all over the inside of my door, and a bit on my clothes and seat. the person working the window was so quick to get me some napkins and a wet napkin for me to use to wipe it up. i wish i’d have had cash to tip, but i hardly ever carry any. i didn’t catch the person’s name, but they had some rainbow pins on their apron, and i was going to say that i liked them before i spilled my drink!
They have the best baristas and are truly the best store In Logan. The drinks are made how they are suppose to be and always yummy!
Should have read the reviews before I went. Extremely slow and not the nicest staff. They seem overwhelmed. I Will try the local shop next time. I ordered frappe and it tasted like water with ice. Although I asked four times to make sure they make it with less ice. I started to like Starbucks less and less every time I try it. Unless they have exceptional customer service quick lines and good coffee, It is not worth the price.
They are rude and say rude comments about customers. Rachael is one of the supervisors and she’s very disrespectful to her baristas and also talks super loud about her customers. She shouldn’t work there.
Fast service, lacking friendliness among the staff some of the time. The general manager is awesome though!! Makes up for it ?
We ordered hot chocolate not only were we given the smallest size and charged for a tall, but it was basically hot water, with like the literal least amount of flavoring to pass as not plain water. Absolutely horrible! Never again! I wish that I could give it a negative rating.
Honestly, it's good, but I find it so expensive for what it is. I just think coffee, especially as something that most people get daily, should just not be so expensive. Regardless it was a decent cafe atmosphere inside and the staff was nice.
Long line went quickly. Friendly, helpful staff and they got our order 100% right.
