This sonic just isn’t it. Waited for nearly 20 minutes in line and not a single car moved. Eventually several of us pulled away because there was no sign of movement at all. We ran to Taco Bell, got in line, got our food, and came back to Sonic to check on the progress and the first car was finally pulling away. I get short staffing issues but this seemed inexcusable. I’ve also come here several times and got cold food. Staff aren’t really friendly either. Huge bummer because sonic is usually pretty good. Expect a long wait any time of day and stick to drinks or ice cream only.
yeh it took a while due probable worker shortage, but it worth the wait for my cherry slushie/peach slushie. hotdogg and burger not bad cant whine if it on their value menu. Thank to the lady who went out in the heat to drop my food at lot 2 pickup during lunch hr {she hasa great smile}. She deserve a raised it hot out here.
Terrible service. I went to lunch today with friends here. Ordered my food and waited for 30 minutes. Still hadn’t gotten it. So I pressed the button and asked where my order was. They said it “would be right out”, but that wasn’t the case. Waited for another 15 before I decided o was sick of waiting. Went somewhere else and got my food in less than 3 minutes. I hope they will make it up to me somehow. Not happy with the service at all.
I ordered slushes in the app and went to pick them up and I waited in the stall for 20 minutes before they told me to go through the drive thru. I waited 15 min in the drive thru and then they told me the slush machine wasn’t working. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund me right away. I wasn’t refunded so I called today and the slush machine was still wasn’t working and I once again asked for my refund and they said “we will see if we can give you a refund, call back in a day or two”. I’m very disappointed and annoyed that I’m out the money for 4 slushes. I will not be going back.
We visited on Friday near 5p & my mom tried to order for the family. The girl that took our order, she was really nice, but she didn't understand or hear my mom correctly. 1210My mom asked for #1, #2, & #10, & wanted 1 fry, 1 onion ring & 1 tator tots, then she wanted to [2 blizzards] & 1 water. Now this teller was talking really fast. She could pass as a Rodeo speed talker & describ the products. But either the communication was really bad or something. Anyway, the employees need to slowdown on their talking & listen carefully. My mom & I were abit frustrated when things did not work out like she/we had hoped for. This tell was nice! ?, that's about it.This is my mom's favorite place. We hope that our next visit will improve. Now, A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, we came & ordered our food. The teller we had then was a guy, and he was very nice, he woud repeat the order & got that right. He talked slow enough to understand; he answered my mom's every question & gave us what we ordered & my mom was so pleased with his service, quick, friendliness, said that he was Wonderful & did a great job! My mom was very pleased!! ?? Hope our next visit with you will be better.
Honestly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Waited more than 30 minutes for our food but forgot our shake. Then we waited another 20 minutes and no shake so we called in and they had no idea what was going on. They then proceeded to tell me that the shake I ordered wasn’t available.. after ALMOST AN HOUR. And to make matters worse, my wife and I were both very disappointed with the food.
After having been disappointed time and again by other places in the valley Sonic is a breathe of fresh air and not as popular as they should be! Everytime I go I not only get awesome customer service but the food is delicious!! ? Thanks guys!
I really enjoy going to sonic for their cherry limeade and mozzarella sticks. They’re really good. But with their snickers blasts they seem to only put a little bit of snickers on the top and there isn’t really anything mixed into the ice cream throughout. I either have to go back and ask for them to add some or buy my own snickers.
This locations is extremely slow! I did a mobile order and pulled up to the stall and no one said anything until 10 mins later and within that ten mins I activated the button twice. I didn’t get my f for old until a whole 20 mins later and she told me it was because they were waiting on fresh chicken. I would have appreciated that if that was the real reason. But when I got my foos it was COLD everything like it had been sitting for a while. This locations is just horrible. Either hire more people so you can give quality service and food or close down.
Great place for a treat at night with the family. My favorite to get is the cherry slushy with vanilla ice cream... Oh and the ocean water soda so delicious.
