We chose to have our dinner after our sealing at sizzlers due to covid most restaurants were not very open or happy about having a big party come in. However, from the beginning sizzler was amazing. They communicated well over the phone when I was sechduling everything out. They also held our cake in the fridge until we were ready for it. The service was amazing! We had around 40 people there and they got our orders fast and kept toast coming. Servers were all polite and sweet. Overall a great experience.
I recommend this order Signature Steak but on my opinion the customer services is better before 6 pm on dinner time.
I was just at this location, First, I have to say I am a server myself and now manager, so I understand the frustration of having people come in 10-15 min before closing. BUT my fiancé and I came in an HOUR AND 15 MIN before closing, walked in to a girl mopping the floors. She rolls her eyes and pulls out her phone right in front of us, instead of being like “oh please be careful not to fall” … then as the night continues she constantly hovers over us while we are eating, pacing back and forth staring at us, cleaning the tables around us super loudly and annoying. Then continues to hover over me while I was at the salad bar (super creepy) then as we were finishing up she sits down at the table next to us and just stares and waits for us to get up and as soon as we did she’s already grabbing the plates and stuff off our table while I’m still grabbing my purse. I don’t know in what world that behavior is okay. Again I am and have been serving for over 7 years I know a thing or two. She clearly needs the proper training again for being a server or busser whatever she was doing. The mopping an hour before closing was bad on the management as well, that could have been a huge lawsuit if someone had fell because of that girls poor attitude and not very smart thinking. I’m giving it two stars instead of one for the good food but that creepy girl ruined the rest of the experience for us. We were there 7:45- 8:20 pm on Wednesday January 26th. This girl was shorter, wearing a hat and mask I think she had brown hair. I just really hope someone does something about her working ethics and attitude or she should not be working in a restaurant. ??
Sizzler is always good. Their chicken wings in the buffet are slightly overcooked. The salad part of the salad bar is always fresh and delicious.
I love the food there it's fabulous. The staff is absolutely amazing and I love the GM he is fantastic so polite. The cooks are the best in the business period. I love you Sizzler
Food was good once it was made correctly. I asked to add salad bar to my order she didn’t. So I had to go back up and was charged for it individually whereas it could’ve been cheaper when adding it to the meal itself. My husband asked what came on the burger she said it came plain. My husband cannot have some of the ingredients on there. When the burger arrived we were offered a new bun and could scrap the extra off. It took 3 times asking for a newly made burger to finally get one. I also ordered the endless shrimp and didn’t receive more shrimp because I asked for a to go box. This was my first time here my husband has been here many times and originally tried to convince me to not come here for this reason. Frustrating that You spend $50 dollars on an Applebees grade meal. Do not recommend, go to McDonald’s or Angie’s instead.
The food is pretty good & the staff is friendly. When I do pickups every time so far some part of my order has been forgotten, but maybe that's just me not checking before I leave. No such problems happen when I dine in.
we went here with my grandma for lunch... the food is OK... nothing to call home about, but the place was clean, they had a small salad bar...i got the steak and all you can eat shrimp...i only had one serving of shrimp because there was more deep fried batter on the shrimp than there was shrimp... the employees were helpful and kind... we had a good time!!!
I used to like this place. Things have declined. Like when ordering a grilled chicken club sandwich & they forget the chicken & bacon, it doesn't make a good impression.Cannot recommend.
Has been 10+ years since I've eaten at a Sizzler... Not disappointed! Food was prepared to order and rather good. Salad bar had a decent variety. Service was great!
