Ii was very disappointed in my order today, the pizza wasn't cooked very well, or maybe they changed the way they cook it. Could have gotten a better pizza today if I had gone to wal mart and bought a frozen one. Then they used a door dash service so the pizza showed up cold. Wish I had know they did this before I ordered or I would have just moved on. I get being short staffed but not the same when not delivered out of a hot bag.
Typically I don’t have an issue with this location, fast service and I order from here often. But recently they don't follow the delivery instructions I live in an apartment you need a key fob to enter, I always ask to have them call me but lately they don't and then just go back to the store stating they “tried to reach me” but made no contact attempt. I guess I will get used to dominos. Don’t recommend using this location. Try a different more reliable pizza place
Placed an order today. Paid for it in full. An hour after my order was placed it still hadn't arrived. Took 15 minutes to get someone to answer the phone when they did they gave me some bogus it was a split payment and they never recieved the rest of it. Then hung up the phone. When I went to the store in person they had nothing to say about the receipt stating I paid in full with one card and kicked me out of the store. This resteraunt has hired thieves who take payments and steal your food. Do not go here. There are other pizza huts in the valley. Use them instead.
Ordered pizza online at 5:49 pm have the text to prove it. This Pizza Hut is literally one block from my house! Got an updated text at 6:04 pm your pizza is out for delivery did the driver take a nap in the Smiths parking lot? Received the cold smashed pizza at 7:07 pm!
Check your takeout orders. Once again for the second time ... WRONG ORDER. Very unwelcoming employees. Will not be a returning customer. Too many great pizza places in the valley.
Ordering online is always easy! And I always get my food is 15 to 20 minutes! Nice and hot :) and I never worry about stuff missing from my order because it’s all there. I think the employees are doing a great job at making and delivering everything!!
Stores should be more understanding to the needs of their customers and not refuse calls
My wife and I went to this store on Tuesday. We ordered our pizza to go. After the time stayed for pick-up, we found that it was just going into the oven. Delays happen, I understand. So, I took my wife to an appointment then came back to get our order. The manager, at least I think she was the manager, apologized for the mix-up and comped us bread sticks and extra sauce. Was not expecting this and was delighted for the extra. Love how she went beyond just apologizing to make sure we were happy. This is why I love Pizza Hut!
Delivery was extremely fast. Estimated time was 25-35 minutes and I got my food within 15 minutes. It was hot when it got here and it tasted great, if you want a quick pizza for a last minute dinner this is the place to go.
I had a really hard time ordering. I have to be gluten free and the gluten free crusts are unavailable through the app and not customizable on the website. No one was answering the phones. And the gluten free pizza felt light on the toppings. The personal pan pizzas where fine and I did not struggle to or a customized speciality pizza bit felt like it was not worth the 40 after coupons and sales that I paid. Not sure we will be back to try again
