I'm from Ogden and I drive up here to get this pizza. I love it! Especially since the new management took over..
I have been eating here for years. Even under poor management the employees were rock stars, the food was good, it was clean, and it was top notch pizza. Nobody there at the time you were there? You probably missed the runch and dinner Brush. And why are you complaining? You get undivided service. Anyone delivering a one star review, which I read and take seriously, seem like entitled karens to me who are probably never happy with anything they get. This isn't a fast food place you do have to wait a minute because the food is made fresh. Way more people love this Pizza the knot. Restaurants do screw up but I have always been made it's been made to feel like the mistake was their fault and they have tried their best to make it up to me. I heard a Karen refuse any kind of gift certificate or refund. I think she was just itching to write a terrible review about them Until their friends how awful they were treated. They're under new ownership and I can't recommend them highly enough. If you are disappointed use your big words and they will make it right I promise
The pizza here is pretty decent. It’s within walking distance from our house, so we have gone a few times. The customer service is also pretty decent, the employees are really nice and helpful. They’re the redeeming qualities, and why I’m giving two stars.My criticism is with the woman I am assuming is the owner, since she was just wearing regular clothes. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She was yelling at one of her employees while I was standing near them, she was hovering over the same employee as she was cleaning the dining area, rubbing her finger over the surfaces she had just wiped down and criticizing her, saying things like she missed a spot, she was very condescending to the employee, she sat and shook her head very exaggerated when the employee walked away to grab some other cleaning supplies, and got mad when the employee was cleaning somewhere else. It was like watching a 12 year old babysitting their younger sibling and taking the opportunity to harass and bully them. It made our visit extremely uncomfortable, and we just wanted to leave.That brings me to my next point. I was walking up to the counter to get a to go box. The employee that was running the counter was in the kitchen, but I had made eye contact and he started walking towards me. As I was waiting, the owner said, quietly enough to where I couldn’t hear, but my wife sitting in our booth did, “you need to ring the bell. They SHOULD hear and come help you.” Which is fairly innocent, but seriously, let your employees have two seconds where they aren’t being criticized and harassed. I don’t think a single one of the employees there deserves to be treated the way they were.The reason this location has a low-ish rating, with all of the criticisms about quality or quantity, customer service, etc., is not because the employees aren’t good at their jobs. It comes from the top. The owner was terrible, rude, condescending, and made our stay extremely unpleasant. Feel free to go, but if you see a woman hovering over and micromanaging an employee, maybe come back a different day. If you’re an employee there, maybe now is the time to start updating your resume and applying elsewhere.
Everytime I go to Utah or pass through Logan, I stop at this Pier 49 pizza. I love it. The pizza is amazing everytime. The customer service is great. Thanks for the great pizza.
Love the interior decorating, it's such a vibe. Customer service was great and the guy working the register recommended a good pizza. Good pizza is always worth the wait.
Awful service awful food ! I ask for extra pineapple and I only got a total of 12 pieces of pineapple, what a rip off. Really disappointing. How is even 4 starts? Food takes really long time and people here really rude !! No recommended , never coming again!
I ordered pizza before using door dash and it was amazing. Super fast and tasty! .So I decide to come to eater the restaurant and it was a disappointment. First of all I ordered 2 large pizza and a family salad, the family salad hardly have cheese. Then I was like ok is just salad. Then I see that ,we are the only people in the restaurant. But I see people walking in and out with to go orders. 30min pass and I go ask for mine and they just about to put in the oven, they said that they were out of an Ingredient. I WAS NEVER TOLD. There was never a person in the front desk to ask or for help!! Then I hear a guy in the kitchen yelling . At this point not wonder why Iam the only customer. This place has a lot of potential but seems like the owner / manager have not idea of what they doing! Yes
Pizza was really good,it cooked all the way,very hot when it got here thank you to all the workers and the delivery driver she was very good and very nice and delivery driver the pizza with it in good shape thank y'all you made mine and my family nite last
I ordered delivery through a 3rd party, and they didn't show up before closing, so one of the employees (I didn't get his name) was kind enough to deliver it himself so I wouldn't be missing my food! Top-notch service, and the pizza is delicious
Fantastic pizza! Wish we had a Pier 49 in Pocatello.
