I really hate to leave a bad review but the last few times the food was sad, this time it’s just very very upsetting. I purchased 2 bowls and a plate. 1 bowl was good but the other two has sweet fire chicken which only as counted was 10 pieces total for both meals. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I ordered 2 sides of cream cheese wantons and I threw them all away. They were black on the inside and so hard it was unbearable. Then, my side of greens was completely raw. I had no gas to drive back and get a refund, so here I am with my very bad review.
This is the better of the two Panda Express Restaurants in the area. They almost always have their full selection available and are very friendly and quick. There's do drive thru but ??♂️.
OMG! I wash I can give a negative star. I had ordered a Honey shrimp, Beijing Beef and teriyaki chicken yesterday afternoon. After 4 hours without ate anything else, my stomach was hurting so bad and went to the bathroom for 3 time. I will never come back to this place. So disappointed.
Panda is sooo good and this location is always on point. The team here is excellent and turnover is low. They can handle the pressure and the food is always fresh and fast.
MUCH better than the South Panda Express location. Hardly ever disappointed. Waiting can happen, and honestly, I don't get upset by it. Their food is good. So, of course, it can get busy, and food can temporarily be out at that time, causing a wait off to the side. It's all about unpredictable timing.The only thing that has disappointed me is portions. Portions have been small at times. I like to combine my food, and when I have a large pile of rice but little sides to share it with, It can be upsetting.The food quality hasn't ever been bad for me. It's always hot and flavorful!
I was honestly really disappointed the last time I was there. They way too heavily prioritize the online orders, and don't care for the customers in the store as much as they should. The same person taking orders in line was expected to also start filling online orders. It was terribly inefficient. After my order was filled, I literally stood at the cash register with my food sitting there, and I had to wait over 2 minutes for someone to let me pay. The only thing i had to do to leave was pay. My food was ready in front of me. They need serious priority management training. The slow service took my entire lunch break and I didn't have time to eat. It's disappointing for a business that usually gets good out pretty quick. Clearly management is overwhelmed :(Oh and on top of it, my sweet fire chicken was sad. The was hardly any sauce on it. Just dry, sauce-less chicken. :(
Usually really good food and service at this location but our last visit was pretty disappointing. Tiny serving of beijing beef after waiting 15 minutes for it. The guy running the till was either new or in a terrible mood. He was tossing food containers into bags for the online pickup orders.
During lunch rush the petite young lady with dark hair behind the counter gets in a big hurry to fill orders and gives customers portions about 1/2 what other employees give. The young man there today was giving normal, generous portions. Just my luck I got the young lady with dark hair and my lunch was substantially less food than normal. The inconsistency drives me crazy.Also, the chow mein had a burnt taste to it. Panda in Logan used to be one of my favorite places.Now I prefer Royal Express or Wok on Wheels for Chinese takeout. Royal Express and Wok on Wheels have better quality food, bigger portions and lower prices. Try out these other Chinese takeouts. I think they are better in many ways than the Logan Panda Express
I use to feel loved by this establishment. At one point I would've said it was of the bests! But the last 2 times I have come to visit they have really let me down. I'm not sure if they are putting in less effort or if they are hiring people who don't love the customers. But they no longer stack my plate full, now i eat sad with less food.Please go back to filling this plate with love and lots of food. Thanks.
Ordered 2 orders of Kung Pao chicken. Neither one had any Kung Pao sauce with or on them! Dry, no spice, no flavor! Pretty disappointed
