Food and service was great, but the reason I am leaving a 1 start review is because I was charged over $60 extra for a $40 payment. The manager came by, and instead of solving the problem he just made me pay again for what I had already payed for (and yes I showed full proof of the payment). I truly hope the extra $60 that I payed goes to the waitress, who provided a pleasant experience for both me and my date. Due to this extreme error, which I am afraid might happen again, I will not be returning to this specific location.
Olive Garden never disappoints. We did have to wait to be seated but it wasn't bad and I like their process of notifying us our table was ready. The food was delish as always and the service great!
We were seated almost immediately, we then waited 15 minutes without a server so much as saying they would be with us. Now I understand sometimes you are busy, but when you can stop at every table around us 3 times without even saying a thing to us, that is rude and unacceptable. I don’t think it was anything more then the server not wanting to serve us. The sad thing is we have always loved coming here. But we most likely will not be back.
Best friend shrimp ever! So tender and hot from the oven. It was supposed to be an appetizer but was yummy as a dinner along with the large salad. Waitress very attentive. A nice evening. She just got our drinks mixed up. Didn't realize until towards the end when I tasted my husband's drink. Wish I had the mango [peach?] One I'd ordered.
The food is always delicious but this time our waitress was not the usual quality of knowledge and enthusiasm. We waited quite a while for drink refills & actually had to ask another waitress for help. She will not keep us from returning because we love the restaurant but next time we will avoid her area.
My husband and I stopped in for lunch during our lunch break. The place wasn't busy at all and we were seated promptly. We then sat there for over 20 minutes and nobody approached our table to get our order. We had no choice but to leave as we wouldn't have had enough time to wait for the meal and eat. We let the hostess know on our way out and all she said was "oh sorry" in a nonchalant manner and continued with what she was doing. Very disappointed.
Good lunch with my wife here today. The food was very very good. Both of the cocktails we got were also delicious. The server was amazing and friendly as well. Wife used to say she didn't like Olive Garden. Today changed her mind.
Great food. Somewhat of a long wait. Between getting to a seat and to get drinks and appetizers started. Love the food. Restaurant is confident enough in their seasoning they have no salt and pepper on the table. No need. Their food tastes wonderful. Chicken and gnocchi is my top favorite and rest breadsticks. Definitely worth trying.
Our party was seated quickly. The building was very clean and well kept. Our server was attentive without hovering. The food was AMAZING!!!!!!! Oh my gosh everything from the drinks to the appetizers to the entrees was delicious.
I had a great lunch out with friends! Our server Olivia Walker was so sweet and even switched the liquor in my spiked lemonade for gin which is my favorite! Very happy with my service and will be back very soon!
