Noodles is great. Tasty food and fast, courteous service.
Noodles and Company is real good. Alfredo was good, but not that filling. On the other hand, the Korean noodles are very filling.
I have always loved the food here but today the service was impeccable. I had been in a rush to bring food to my fiancé and forgot to ask them not to put mushrooms on my dish (I’m allergic to mushrooms) so after lunch with my fiancé I went to get another dish so I could eat and the manager quickly made sure to remake my dish without hesitation. It made my day to have service like that!
My wife and I love noodles and we really want this place to be good. The noodles and meat were cooked well, but it is missing flavor. There is almost no sauce or toppings. The buffalo Mac was hot sauce a thin sheet of chicken elbow noodles and shredded cheese that wasn’t melted. In one word bland
Management at this location is clearly lacking. Me and my girlfriend were the only people in the restaurant and our order was wrong and noodles were cold.
I used to go there just for the Caesar salad. It was amazing! Now they changed the “Caesar” salad to be spring mix and it’s not very good. ? Great noodles though!
Great food, good service, the only thing that could have been better is the table was dirty, but they were really busy
I really want Noodles and Company to be good. I’ve gone several times over the years in hopes of a tasty bowl of pasta. I keep feeling like they skimp on sauce and the toppings that go with the noodles. Pasta is one of the easier and cheaper meals to make and make well. It’s unfortunate that they do not stand out here.Similarly my wife got a salad once and got a bowl of greens and a few of the listed toppings sprinkled on top.We tried the meatballs. They tasted like meatballs you could get in the freezer section at the store. We like freezer meatballs, just seems silly to spend so much on them here.Today I was craving a bowl of comforting Mac and cheese. I thought I’d give Noodles and Company one more try. I was hoping for an saucy remind you of home kind of meal, and I got a bowl of elbow macaroni with a little bit of loose sauce and shredded cheese. Next time I’m going to Macy’s deli. Sorry Noodles and Company, today was my last visit.
We ordered a plain mac and cheese, and found chunks of broccoli in it. The sauce is extremely watered down, and cant even stay on the noodle, not worth the money.
Because you can’t order in the store anymore I went through their site. As I was ordering the robot was struggling big time. It took the robot 25 minutes to try and get my order in (which was one pasta). It then transferred me to a real person who took my order and went to place my order. But because it hit 8:30pm she couldn’t put my order on even though I started my order at 8. She then said this location won’t except pick up orders after 8:30. I said I was ordering before 8:30 and your system was struggling and took 30 minutes to finish my one pasta order. All she had to say was sorry. That was it. Horrible service, horrible ordering process, horrible location updates, great food.
