my deluxe chicken sandwich was the size of a chicken nugget. fries not cooked. seems to have no training going on when talked to they just don't know. they won't even move to ask someone else.

Absolutely horrible. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in the US so far. I myself have worked for McDonald’s and been to countless in other states and this is absolutely the worst. Made a mobile pickup order and was waiting 20 mins standing outside and had to call the store off my cell phone to tell them I haven’t received it. When I finally did my large fries came half full and stale. As well as my sandwiches falling apart and being smashed. Absolutely disgraceful, my order was less than 5$ and they still couldn’t do that right. Doubt I’ll ever come back. Please do not come here and spend your money.

To be honest I have never had my order go so wrong.Small fries on a large order. Side of apple when fries were shown on the order board.Ice creams where not given to us when we paid and asked for them.The food was tasty and fresh however the service was certainly not the norm at Mc Donald's.

All hamburgers were burnt and there was a HAIR in one of the burgers (melted into the cheese), fries were really stale, went inside to eat and we could barley hear the girl who was taking our order, we had missing items and also an item we ordered but the girl never charged us for it so we couldn’t go ask for it without paying for it. Not really wanting to pay for something when the other orders were messed up. Really disappointed in this place.

I placed a large order for a couple of people, and the order had missing food. I would have requested a refund from the app where I placed the order from but they told me I would have to go all the way back to the restaurant to get the refund back which is a total hassle for an amount less than $10. Either have an easy partial refund system or don't service missing food.

The drink I ordered overflowed cause it was all over on the outside. You would think they would have some common sense and clean it. I don't want a sticky mess in the car. I asked for a napkin but she put them in the bag. There were already napkins at the bottom ?‍♀️

My last experience was a poor one. Fries were old and unsalted. I could tell the sandwich I ordered was left sitting around for a while, maybe even before I arrived as it had a dry texture and was not hot. My drink was more sparkling water than orange soda as it was obvious that the machine was running out of syrup. The one redeeming factor was the line moved relatively quickly given how late it was and the amount of cars ahead of me. 2 stars may be generous.

My order was missing four fries and a twenty piece nugget had to go back threw the drive up wait another ten minutes and when I finally got the good that was missing it was and undercooked and cold, also there customer service sucked the female at the window was not polite didn't even say sorry. I will never go to this McDonald's again awful awful food and service

I watched a comedian recently that joked about people that think they are so important leaving reviews and complain that their McDonald's fries weren't fresh enough. Well, here I am being that person. When you come for fries, you really just hope and pray they will be fresh, piping hot, and plenty salty. I must not have prayed enough because they were rather ho-hum. Maybe next time ... although I'm starting to think I need to try other places that may be more consistently good.

abbbbbbsolutely AWFUL... placed a mobile order, and OF COURSE paid online ... it STILL took 5 associates AND a manager to not have to double pay, then when I FINALLY got top the pick up window, the kid wanted to dangle my food out the window (9° outside) and have a conversation about omgggg you have CRANK WINDOW? I've never ever seen one of those O_O.... as if a 30 minute harrassment session was not bad enough for my NON fast and food, I get home and the order isnt even right.... UNBELIEVABLE
