I was SO disappointed the last time I went. I wanted 1 or 2 glazed, a chocolate sprinkle, pink sprinkle, and cream filled. The glazed doughnuts--what they are KNOWN for, were out. It was a Friday afternoon. Not what I would ever think is a big time for doughnuts. So the doughnut for my husband was out, and my first choice for my own. The cream filled was NOT THE LEAST BIT "filled'. It took so many bites to get to any, I ended up eating around it to see how much WAS there. Not even a quarter of the doughnut had cream, it was all at one side, and it wasn't filled. That is, it wasn't just that all the cream stayed in one place. It didn't even have thew right amount in the first place. The chocolate frosting was also not done well, not really covering it as expected.
I’ve had multiple experiences at this location that have been so disappointing. The customer service is horrible and they’re always very snarky and rude when you try to explain yourself or ask for clarification. Not to mention the fact that they never open on time. Won’t be going back—just another reason to shop local!
Well today is the start of their super cool deal to promote their single glaze doughnut. But when I arrived at 3:40 They are straight out of stock. I politely asked when they would be in stock, seeing as I'm looking to buy 2 dozen for my staff. The drive-thru rep tells me that it will take around 2-3 hours before they will have more doughnuts available. I was shocked that their cheapest doughnut & promotion seller was last in their priority of batch making. Needless to say I don't think I'll be coming back in 3 hours to buy cheap doughnuts, I'll just go to smiths at that point and get them half off anyways. This isn't the first time I've been let down by this location before and I agree with the previous comments on Customer service and quality.#Missing Utah Valley Krispy Kreme
Yesterday I ordered Krispy Kreme for my Co workers and customers. I got a pick your own dozen and on the website I also saw buy a dozen glazed donuts get one free using BOGO1 at checkout. So I opted to buy a second dozen donuts to have 3 total. I only received 2 dozen donuts. I wouldn’t have even bought the second dozen if it weren’t for the promo, anyways I call and politely explain that they forgot an entire box of donuts, the employee (wish I asked her name) was very rude and said she told me she couldn’t do anything about this and to come pick them up. She acted like it was my fault that they forgot the box.I couldn’t just leave the store and do that hence is why I paid for delivery in the first place. A simple mistake by them and told its my issue. All I wanted is what I paid for, apparently that’s to much to ask. I’ll order Johnny O’s next time.
Wow. I drove past two other donut places to get Krispy Kreme for my work at 7am. Their signs on the door and online say they open at 6am. When I got there, no response in the drive thru. I drive to the window and the girl there told me she wasn't opening until 7am. I asked why the door and online said six? She just said again she wasn't opening until 7. I think I will stick to the other donut places from now on, especially once this coupon card is done. Won't be buying another one of those either if they can change their hours anytime they want w/o letting customers know.
This location worked well. I was slightly frustrated as a couple of months ago their limit for number of same day pick up was 9 dozen. This time it was 5 dozen. I needed 7 dozen for an event that I was hosting. I understand that staffing shortages have caused problems with many businesses, but I do think they could still allow the same amount of donuts to be taken. The staff was understanding and just requested that I place orders 24 hrs or more in advance. Unfortunately because of that it wasn't quite as smooth.
Went there to pick up an Uber eats order from the same lady twice in one morning. Had it cancelled the first time because they said they never received the order. Second time I went back the guy was extremely rude. Telling me he already told multiple drivers to cancel the order, which I did the first time. They needed to call Uber eats or reset the tablet but the guys ego was to big to listen and he was extremely rude. Terrible customer service. Not even trying to fix the issue just causing more problems.

This location is great all things considered. They are currently severely understaffed so sometimes a product is unavailable due to the fact that they simply don’t have enough people to make it. However they are always polite and courteous. I’ve seen a few reviews that complained about the price of the donuts or the fact that they’re not warm all the time, but I think those people fail to realize what a Krispy Kreme’s is. It’s not a regular donut shop where the donuts are cheaply priced. I enjoy getting my donut fix here and will continue to buy from here.
Still tasted good but definitely not fresh. I've gotten day old donuts at smiths and Walmart that looked more fresh than ours did...definitely not worth the high price when the donuts aren't even freshUpdate: filled donut tasted ok but my regular glazed donut was pretty pathetic. Very little flavor and dry....not worth it
