Terrible experience I’ll never go there again
We’ve had several issues with this place in the past. None big enough to stir up anything. This time I’m aggravated as hell. We ordered DoorDash and ordered chicken strips with a biscuit and coleslaw, sauces, and a lemonade. We received an opened carton of OLD chicken. So old you couldn’t eat it. It was random pieces. Two half empty containers of coleslaw. No biscuit. No sauce. And a watered down fruit punch. The driver felt super bad. She didn’t even want to bring us our order because it was so wrong. It was horrible. I felt so sick to my stomach after eating the food. I honestly don’t think we will ever go back. If I could give zero stars I would.
If you go to this KFC then be sure you go several hours before they close. We have had issues with this place before with them closing early or not cooking anything even if they are still open for an hour. This time we purposefully ordered online an hour and a half early to be sure our food would be made. We got an order confirmation and a receipt that said it would be done by 8:44pm. We drove over there and all the lights were off. People were trying to drive through the drive thru but no one was responding on the intercom. We went through and checked the window. Nothing. We pulled over and while we were looking up the number to call we received a order cancellation at 8:55pm, 11 minutes after the order should have been ready, after we had already driven to the store, and while they should have still been open for another hour. This store is a complete mess.
According to their hours online, they're open till 10 PM. I went at 9:30, and they say they're closed. A couple times previous, I tried to order, but they had no chicken despite being open for another 20-30 minutes. I mean, they serve chicken, how can you be open and not have any, multiple times?The last shift is really not doing great serving the late customers. Probably won't be trying any more.
Probably the worst KFC food and experience I've had: drive-through staff don't even greet you, no smile or service. Ordered a family meal - got home with it. The chicken was dry and tasted old, fries were burnt, 4 biscuits were provided but only 2 butters and 2 honey, 1 fork was provided (good thing we were eating at home), and the bucket was short one piece so we only had 7 (which turned out to be a good thing since it was terrible). Won't be going back there ever again - there are plenty of choices for fried chicken. Just warning others not to spend their money on bad service and bad food.
This place used to be good. I don’t know what happened.Mac and cheese was cold. Sandwich was stale with cold chicken. Potatoes had a huge chunk of powder. Chicken skin was either missing or completely soggy. Biscuits were like trying to eat play-dough.I threw away $25. Family still hungry.Won’t be back until I see a banner hanging outside that says “Under New Management”
I got a famous bowl and a $5 fill up as well as a side of 6 biscuits. There were a few good biscuits, but about 4 of them were completely doughy on the inside. I tried to salvage them with some time in the toaster oven the next day, but alas still so doughy beyond repair.Service was good and they had my food quickly, but at the expense of my biscuits being uncooked.The famous bowl was good and the chicken and drinks we got. Just a big bummer on the biscuits :/
Went thru the drive thru on 1/12/22 at around 8pm. Ordered a 12 piece family meal, was told I couldn't order all original recipe. Then was told there was no fries, then after trying to order my drink I was cut off by the horribly rude woman taking my order. I paid way more than the sign says up front, obviously the prices on the sign are incorrect. I thought food workers needed their hair back or in a net, but rude woman had it everywhere but under her hat. Then we asked for a straw and that was a bother for her. First time, ever going to this KFC and I will not be back ever. Too expensive at almost 50.00 for a 12 piece meal and 1 drink, rude staff, and can't order what I wanted. Also, 6 cookies are not 6 biscuits, they gave me cookies I didn't want and again never told me they were out of biscuits replacing them with cookies. I'd love the owner to contact me (give me a contact email) so I could get my money refunded for this horrible experience, overcharging, not giving me my food I ordered. If you care about having a business than you should care about customers. Judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one cheated.
So this is my first KFC experience because I don't like eating chicken that much. The employees were very nice. Please note that the lobby is currently under construction but the drive-thru is open. I had the beyond chicken combo. However, I ordered fries but got mashed potatoes... However, the alternate chicken aka the beyond chicken is tasty. The unexpected mashed potatoes as well. But I would def. Check my order before leaving.
