Not the best delivery experience. Placed my order online and it took 30 minutes to get out to me, and then asked the driver to call me phone call was pretty alright. But he asked me to come out to his car to get my order. Didn't get out of the car and rolled down his window for the interaction. And then didn't have enough change for my order. Not a great experience with a disrespectful driver.
Great place for lunch unless they have a lot of delivery or pickup. They put off those here in person and sometimes I have waited 15 plus minutes for a sandwich when this happens
Good sandwich but employees messing around to much and not paying attention to customers
as good as jimmy johns can be but the men in the back really aren’t great, they can be heard with wildly inappropriate remarks about customers, being rowdy, even tossing some food at each other! I was FLABBERGASTED when i came into the store, I only got one sandwich and while it was fast and well made, the amount of things i heard and saw from only about 20 mins in the store. I don’t know what you need to do and what trainings need to happen but they need to happen NOW and FAST or someone needs to be fired. Absolutely disgusting.
I eat here quite often, never a bad experience. Just wish the company would let you order with yellow mustard already on the sandwich. I like the south location slightly better but still good. Plus they have free smells.
Always super fast but please wash or change your gloves after using the peppers so the next person's sandwich isn't spicy!!!
