My family usually loves coming to IHOP but the service and food has been sub-par the last few times we've been here. We went the other day and ended up leaving and going to Denny's across the street because no one was seating us. We waited for a while, and the restaurant was by no means busy as we only saw customers at one table. Possibly remembered us for not tipping the last few times, but honestly, your tip really depends on your service and food. Cold food and slow service doesn't knock it in my opinion, especially if you aren't busy with few customers.

Decided to come here for breakfast, we hadn’t been to IHOP in years so we figured why not. Well it was a mistake, the food was so bland and over cooked. My cup had what looked like boogers on it when it first came to me. It started getting super busy and other people were waiting for over 30 minutes to either get their food or to even order. Some people even got up and left because of it. So needless to say if you want some good breakfast food explore other options or just cook at home.

The hostess seated people table to table as they came in, rather than spreading people out. They seated a couple that smelled awful in the center of everyone. Two other tables actually asked to be moved. The service was slow, but that's to be expected right now in the midst of the labor shortage. And I was very disappointed in my ham steaks. They were literally the size of my fork tines.

Waited to be seated for fifteen minutes. No host or hostess ever came. Turns out others in front of us had been waiting for over an hour. We were eventually told even if we we were seated, it would be an additional hour wait because none of the staff present typically worked at that store and, quote, "Don't know where anything in this kitchen is." The staff member who told us this indirectly advised us all leave. I feel bad for the staff because this place is apparently going through some things, but we went to Denny's across the street. ?‍♂️

Waited 20 minutes to be seated and waited nearly 2 hours for food. Finally just got up and left but this is ridiculous. The waitress also was mixing food up and confused as to which table food needed to be taken to. I've NEVER had to wait that long for food. If I could give 0 stars I would. Highly recommend not going here at all.

One of the employees is super nice but the other one just didnt seem to care about anything. I originally had a 20 min wait for my online order. When I got there to pick it up they said another 20 min which I didnt mind but then even after 40 min (since I was supposed to pick up my food) I didnt have anyone checking in with me on an ETA or anything. Then there were multiple people that came in for dine in after I'd been waiting an hour that got their food before I did

We were visiting from South Dakota on a college tour and decided to have breakfast here the morning after. The staff was friendly but the service was slow and all the food was cold or over cooked. They didn't know how to make the eggs that were ordered. The eggs looked like the yolks were dug out and slapped on another plate. The waiter replace the eggs with some runny concoction. Terrible experience and would never eat here again. It didn't help that we were practically sharing a table with another family because we were seated so close.

I've been to this location a number of times and had no problems. Today however, we ordered two omeletes, four coffees, and four sides of hashbrowns. This same order typically comes out to around $50.00, but our bill came to over $75.00.According to the receipt, each side cost about $6. We asked the waittress to check the prices and she said they were correct.The menu and staff say two different things about the price. I suspect we were overcharged, but if this is the new price for splitting two meals, I'd say go somewhere else.

It took my waiter three times to get my order right. The coffee was made maybe last week and it was terrible. After the waiter brought my food he came to the table to see if everything was "ok" The waiter forgot my pancakes. When they arrived they were crispy and hard and cold. The butter would not even melt on top of them. I will never go there again. What has happened to people these days. There is no Pride in the job they do. I used to go to IHOP all the time with my wife when she was alive. It is not like the IHOP of old. The place was dirty. Most of the staff were stressed out and the service was lousy. I do not ever complain to the server or waitress, I know what happens to food you have them take back. They sometimes extra ingredients not mentioned on the menu and none of that is any good. Think about that for a minute...then stay from IHOP if you value your stomach and bowels.

Guy warned us as he walked out that the food takes forever and tastes horrible, we should have left then but we didn’t. Took an hr after ordering food for it to be delivered, and three other tables all had problems as well and basically were either leaving without paying or the order was on the house. It was that bad. I felt so bad for our server who was trying her best but had no support. Never going here again.
