I don’t know what was more amazing the service Cannon gave to us or his sweet mustache! This place has out of this world service!! We went on a Friday night it was jam packed and my server Cannon made us feel like we were the only ones in the place! Definitely coming back!!
We visit our hometown of Logan every year and make a point to come to Hu Hot each time. It was quite disappointing this time however. No more fun soda flavors. Service is not nearly as good and the food didn't taste nearly as good. Right before we were about to leave we saw why. They are watering down the sauces, that is why they are foamy on top. We actually saw then pour water into the sauces. I understand that things are tight for businesses now but his was extremely saddening. We probably won't be coming back.
Cleanliness of the restaurant has dropped like a rock. The floors everywhere are sticky to the point where my shoes were sticking to the ground after we left. We witnessed the sauces literally being watered down. They don't have nearly the flavor per ladle that they had before and the Coke machine has been replaced with a standard fountain. All while raising their prices. I doubt we'll be back.
If you like Mongolian style, creating your own combinations and watching your dish being cooked this is the place for you. It’s buffet style and you can go up as many times as you like. Very clean and fun atmosphere. Service was amazing and kept the drinks topped off. Highly recommend. They also accommodate people with food allergies which is a plus.
Do yourself a favor and visit HuHot Mongolian Grill in Logan. The service is unmatched. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.. The food is absolutely enjoyable for all ages – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Highly recommend!
HuHot of Logan is our place to go. It never disappoint! The food is great! All-you-can-eat Asian stir fry… the service has been always great! We love Tess! She’s very accommodating and super friendly. And the owner, Adam, is a legend! He makes sure our meal on the grill is being cooked right and very accommodating on our allergies. He’s hilarious and very friendly! Definitely a five star place to eat in Logan!
The place has really gone downhill. When it first opened, it was so wonderful and the service was impeccable.
We came to celebrate Valentine’s Day. My fork was dirty with the napkin stuck to it. I got another fork & napkin on my own from by a register.An older Asian lady was our waitress. She got our drink orders and assumed we wanted the grilled food before we said anything.We wanted an appetizer but she didn't give us a chance to order one.We both got a soup. Mine was egg flower & his was hot & sour but both had so much black pepper in them we didn't finish our soups.We asked for rice but she didn't ask if we wanted white or brown & brought white and left quickly. When she came back I asked for brown rice instead.She just told us they were very busy because of Valentine’s Day.We came with our wedding party in december it was busier then.
Had a great experience here! The food was delicious. Our server, Ella, was fantastic and friendly. Truly all the employees were very nice!
The HuHot was pretty okay. I guess I can't blame them for being busy on a Friday night. The line was poorly arranged so that we have our bowls made people kept cutting in front of us in line after they hit the sauce table. It took us quite a while to get our food on to the table to cook. Other than that place was clean and comfortable. The quality of the food was okay but I would not say it was a top ranked Mongolian place.
