I've always had good experiences at firehouse. The staff is always friendly. They are always quick. My favorite is the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. It's very good
They make you wait for so long as delivery driver they don't care about you That's why your delivery always late They told you 5 minutes be ready but it's actually 35 minutePoor service and managementReally disappointed ?

Haven’t had a sandwich from firehouse for quite a while now I know why takes forever to get one made and I was surprised they were slow on a Friday night only two customers in the whole building. The sandwich wasn’t that great kind of sad.
Went to Firehouse today hoping to enjoy my lunch break. We ordered online to avoid the lines of course. After we sat around for 40 minutes waiting for the food, I went and asked where my order was. The nice girl behind the counter told us the ticket got lost and she would start on my order right away. Instead of them starting on our order, they went ahead to take 4 more orders so my friend and I were in the building for over an hour waiting for our food, and it then made us both late back to work. When I finally got to eat my sandwich, it was cold and missing the Italian sauce. Not too impressed today.
I really like coming here. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly! Not to mention the hot subs are so good. Kaitlyn and the other staff were very friendly and they told us about the survey, which gave us a free drink! I will be back!

I come here with my sister when I visit her at college, and it seemed a little different. I am a first responder, and I was so appreciative of the new discount offered. The employees had a ton of energy, and they made good conversation with us while we were in line. Our order was out super fast, and it was so good! I would like to know what changed, because I had no idea that they are supposed to welcomed us when we come in until today. It was a great experience!
Everytime I order via the app my order isnt correct. I ordered for my sister and my self who does not eat ham because of her religion. I requested no ham on her sandwich and carmelized onions on mine. Neither of which were adhered to. It's like they just saw the type of sandwich and nothing else. This sort of thing happens all the time. Do the employees just not care? What is the point in customizing your order if the employees don't bother reading?I'd give 1 star but the order was partially refunded so they deserve at least that.
