Amazing food Great Service we love this place ?
Went there for our anniversary and was underwhelmed. The food had a decent flavor; but the $36 NY steak was fairly small, had too much gristle in it and seemed overcooked on the outside. If I had ordered any other entree, I would have gotten salad or soup; but the special does not come with those. It was not the best experience that we have had there. I don't know if we would go back, at least not for a celebration meal.
Elements restaurant is the only restaurant in Cache Valley with such a unique menu! The preparation put into the meal is consistent and thorough. You may go to some restaurants and look at what to order and think “I gotta come back and try one of everything on the menu”….with this menu you truly do need to try everything.They make they’re fish n chips from fresh Halibut and crushed double fried chips that are amazing.
We went to Elements for a combination birthday/Valentines celebration. It started out great, but went downhill after we ordered. We did not receive our order for an hour and 10 minutes. No waitress to refill drinks or let us know why. When my order arrived it was cold! When I informed the waitress, she told me it was really busy, but she would be happy to resubmit the order. I didn't have another hour to wait, so I declined. To add insult to injury, she added a 20% gratuity to the check. I won't be back.
We went here for Valentines Day. The atmosphere reminds me of fine dining and is more formal. Very simple design which we like. The service was okay. They forgot our utinsels when we initially sat down and brought them after our food had been delivered. They checked in on us maybe once or twice? The second time was to bring the check. I agree with others where the food is a little overpriced for what you get, but it is one of the more fancier places to eat in town, so that should be expected. Overall, good experience. Probably will not come back as it is more expensive.
We used to come here all the time, but after changing owners and chefs a couple of times with negative results, we returned after a long interim hoping for a better experience. We arrived around noon and the restaurant was nearly empty, not a good sign. In spite of many tables available with lovely atmosphere and ambiance, we were seated in a dark hallway with no view. Our server described a delicious lunch special that we opted to try. We were served something that wasn’t what we were promised. The food is average at best and overpriced. Our server didn’t check on us until we were almost finished, even though I would have liked some salt and pepper (none on the table) and our water glasses were empty. Elementary My Dear Watson, just skip it!
We went on a Friday about 3 pm. There were 8 tables that needed to be bussed off and in the hour we were there nobody came and touched any of them. It was gross to be a surrounded by this and try and enjoy your meal.I understand the staff shortage everywhere… but please have me wait 10 min in the lobby so when I am seated I not surrounded by left over food and dirty dishes.The food was great however.
Came in for lunch service and was very impressed! Quality was perfection, service was fantastic.Water served chilled with no ice at a perfect temperature.Clam chowder was best I've ever had all real ingredients and steak salad was divine. Served with soft and perfect crispy potatoes.I don't know how they do it so well for such a good price. Value is absolutely there. Could have spent the same on a cafe Rio salad but got a much better product for the same price.Well Done Elements you've earned a loyal customer.Chefs Devan G and Brian B are incredibly talented. Their level of skill is very appreciated!Jacob R was our waiter and did a wonderful job. Very professional service. Will be back!
Food was very tasty, and the decor was chic. First place we ate at in Logan, hope the rest are this good.
