Best Mexican food in the valley. Their chips and salsa are ELITE.Fresh chips, homemade and salsa that is so flavorful you could slap your mama.Tons of dishes under or at 10$ and huge portions. Service is excellent as well.

Love El Toro. The three enchiladas with green chili, mole, and a red sauce are always good. The vegetarian enchiladas are also great - I like the spinach - and the margaritas taste fresh at all times.
Very good and very fast service. My plate was about 16 inches in diameter. You will get A LOT of food.

Very fast and efficient service. They never let us run dry on our drinks, they kept the chips and salsa refilled and the food was very good. We had the Loco Burrito and the Carne Asada Tacos served with a big scoop of guacamole. The servings were big so we will have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. We highly recommend!
Disappointed. My family went to eat here and my sister got a seafood meal that tasted bad. After one bite and me having one bite she asked for something different. They took the old food away and got her something different pretty quickly BUT they charged her for both meals and said this is what they decided. Not cool. We won't be returning.
