The fish was excellent as was their custard! My daughter had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was also super tasty! The onion rings were good. The fries average and in my opinion the cheese curds were below average. The person that took our order wasn't especially friendly, but everyone else working there seemed very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience and good food. For what we got, I don't know if I could recommend it because the price is pretty high for fast food but it's kind of a step up from your normal fast food.... I was excited to try the cheese curds so I got a family size to share and my daughter also upgraded her meal to get the cheese curds as her side. We really wish we hadn't. If you want good cheese curds, I highly recommend A&W or Arctic circle over Culver's.... If you want excellent fish and chips or a tasty dessert, I highly recommend Culver's!
Ordered chicken strips, fries, mashed potatoes, and an ice cream online. Took a little longer than the site told me, but that was ok. I’m pregnant and have been craving mashed potatoes, which was the whole reason we even went to Culver’s. They were awful. Bland, pasty, gross. And not just because I’m pregnant and everything tastes bad. Objectively bad. The chicken was outstanding. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Not dry at all. I had ordered a brownie and salted caramel ice cream, and by the time I got to the bottom, I thought I couldn’t taste the caramel at all. Then I found it. Globs in the bottom, and it did not taste good at all. I’d definitely get a different flavor again, but I’m still on a quest for good mashed potatoes that don’t involve me peeling and mashing myself.
All I can say is this… Bradley took my order. He was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. The lines here are always super long so I think twice before I come. That said, I would come every day if Bradley waited on me. The kid is a stellar employee and Culver’s should consider themselves lucky to have him!
Culver’s is super good! They’re spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and cheese curds always hit. But this time they forgot my top bun on my sandwich and didn’t put any dipping sauces or napkins in my bag, so that was kind of upsetting as I got it in the drivethru and found out later.
We loved our experience here! The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. 15/10 would recommend this Culver’s :)
The food is consistent and above average. Not fantastic. They have real issues managing drive-through traffic. They have a second lane, but I've only seen it in operation once. The drive-through traffic often ends up backing up into the street and blocks the flow through the parking lot.
Guy running the register must be waiting for a personality transplant. Then they didn’t get cheese on two butter burgers that we ordered and just basically tossed cold slices of cheese at us. Went back and ordered two mini cups of the flavor of the day custard this time avoiding robot man at the register but robot man brought us two mini cups of the wrong custard. When I pointed out that these where the wrong flavor it was like I was speaking in a foreign language. He said well I’ll leave one of them and I again pointed out that neither was right so with a confused look he went back to fix the order I was guessing but I had to go up to the front and ask for the cups of custard again and the girl handed me two more cups still not crazy for cookie dough which was the flavor of the day. At his point we just said I guess we just get whatever flavor they give us and be grateful for that. I had been to this Culver’s before and it had been good but I will never darken the doorway again.
Thanks for the “Half-a-Bun Spicy Chicken”, really sets the tone for the customer service at the location. Probably won’t be by again.
This is the second time I had the fish dinner and I was a bit disappointed in the fish. It was chewy, possibly overcooked. On the good side, they have great staff who are always pleasant and helpful. I really like that my order is brought to my table. Next time I plan to eat the butter burger which I have been assured by friends is excellent.
The food is very tasty and they have big open seating. The building was even decorated for Valentine's. I'm a Wendy's fan, but Culver's won me over with their tasty spicy chicken.
