The cookies are always delicious, but my valentines day experience had frustration. I ordered the cookies in the morning hour anticipating a busy day and set the PU time of 4:30. When I arrived the store was packed and there was about a 30 minute wait. The cookies looked great at the store but by the time I made it a mile home the frosting had melted and the looked horrible. The were a gift for friends and family and there was a lot of questions where I found the cookies. Great product poorly executed. I wish I could have taken a picture.
Great cookies & super easy to have them delivered. You can’t go wrong sending someone a box of cookies!
The girls inside were super nice and the customer service was on point. Unfortunately we got six cookies that were completely raw in the center and upset all of our bellies.Editing to respond to the response received: this was NOT gooey in the middle. They were raw enough to be balled back up and baked again. How about offering to exchange the gross cookies for new ones? Or even a refund? I definitely won’t be coming back after this response. I’m not filling out a form - you, as the manager and or owner should be filling out the form letting your employees know they are under baking the cookies.
This is one of my favorite places to go to get a treat! I love their cookies, they're large and scrumptious! It's exciting to see what different flavors they come up with each week.
Let’s start with the cookies. Easily the best chocolate chip cookies of all time. And the best thing is when the waffle cookies are available. Prices are fair and you can get ‘em delivered. What’s not to like?
All six of our cookies were extremely raw in the middle. ? Could have taken the dough out and rebaked them. Would not spend money here again.

Crumbl cookies are creatively delicious. They are affordable and such a great gift, especially where they deliver. It’s my go to gift!! They have something everyone will like and the variety changes making the experience fresh each time.
Crumbl is literally the most magical bakery I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in the pretty pink walls, sugary aroma, and delectable displays of cookies immediately suck you in, but in the best way possible :)
Usually this place has been great but when I went there last to pick up I was literally inside the store and the “I’m here” button told me I was too far away. Then the lady who made my box didn’t make the cookies correct and didn’t give me the correct cookies. I was kind of surprised that all happened because usually this place is great. I never have problems with pick up and they always get my order perfect and the cookies are always beautifully made.
