We love South Logan Costa Vida. We find ourselves here almost every weekend! The food is consistently good and the service is exceptional! We look forward to a fine dining experience when we come here. The drive-thru is also super fast.
Taste was ok. They charged me $1.50 for a scoop of mango salsa. If that’s normal (which I’m not sure it is given I eat here a few times per month and have never been charged for it) then they should have asked if I knew that would be a surcharge. The weird thing was what happened just before ringing it up. After I was asked what burrito I got, an employee came up to the cashier, turned her back to me, and whispered something to them about my order. The charge was higher than expected, so I asked about it. That’s when I learned they’d charged the additional $1.50. It was already done so I paid it, but won’t be going back. Proper communication would have gotten this location a better review.
Great food and great service! I recently got the pulled pork quesadilla and it was so delicious. Definitely will be coming back for more!
Don’t order a Tres Leches without strawberries. You will be given a recycled Tres Leches that they literally just picked off the strawberries. You will be left with a sad looking Tres Leches with splotchy pink whip cream, and random indentations in the whip cream, from said strawberries. Not the best thing to give a customer who waited 7-8 minutes in your drive-thru.
The sweet pork salad is good. I don't like the black beans or the tortilla at the bottom but the rest was good. The pork especially--just the right amount of sauce/seasonings.
We picked up dinner for my daughter's covid sick family. Costa Vida forgot to include the extra container of sauce they ordered. We were unable to go back as we were in a meeting by then.
This place has recently changed a lot for good. I have the opportunity to have Mercedes taking care of my food 2 times and she does always and excellent job, seems like there is a New crew and they r doing an excellent job. They fast and nice people Ben has been really friendly.There is horchata all the time and flavor of food is not too salty. This places is coming along for better. TO OWNER.: if you do bonus please give it to the crew and may be One for the manager, but this new people is doing great. Take care of them. And please put more food in orders
This location always seems to cheap out on a lot of supplies. Such as meat when you order a salad or burrito. The lids they have for their drinks are very very cheap. So you aren't really able to take it home.
When it's time for great Mexican food we make our way to Costa Vida for a fantastic family dinner. It's nice and convenient. The dining room is always clean and there are plenty of tables for social distancing. The drive-thru is speedy fast and we've been pleased with the service and food quality every time we go!
I'm giving 5 stars for Mandy on inside crew! Went through for lunch with my daughter the other day, she was awesome, super friendly, fast, and personable, which is rare now a days. I do think the food is a little pricey but food costs everywhere have been going upGive Mandy a promotion that girl is awesome!!! Thank you for the great service
