I have always been a huge fan of Costa Vida! Never ever been disappointed with their food at any location. I absolutely love all the great deals you get through their app as well! Every once in a while I feel like I get a little jipped on portions (like not enough lettuce in my salad), but I understand it’s hard to be totally consistent with that every time.The main reason why they lost a star in my book is bc their online pick-up system could be a little better. Today I ordered 2 hours ahead, show up at the restaurant, and there’s a super long line. Never had that happen before but I understand it was a lunch rush. The annoying part was that my food was ready, on the shelf when I got there but I had to wait in line to get it. If my food is ready bc I ordered ahead of time fair and square, I should get it right away. They should be calling out names of orders that are ready since the line isn’t usually in the same order of when people placed their orders. Then I could get my order hot and fresh at the time I was expecting to pick it up. I waited nearly 30 minutes in line?
I come to this Costa Vida roughly once or more per week! These guys have great customer service, and Costa Vida is great every single time! (Much better than Cafe Rio in my opinion - Flavor wise)
A lot of food, usually a salad will be 2 meals for me, but I can eat a while one if I want to stretch my stomach. It's pretty tasty too, but I don't visit more than every few months.
Great service! Arturo put our quesadilla & burritos together & Augustine was our cashier. Awesome staff! Super helpful & courteous. We will definitely be back the next time we are craving fresh Mexican food.
What a terrible place. We don't have any more food in the front. So we're going to kick you out so you have to go through the drive-thru. But if you don't have any food how are we supposed to go through the drive-thru? What a terrible business motto. The employees were super upset every time someone came in I even heard one of them use profanity. The manager with black hair was extremely rude to us. She made my special needs friend cry. It was his birthday and all he wanted was a taco from Costa Vida and they crushed his dream. They ruined his night and birthday.
The service was great, my wife loved her food, I didn't enjoy the sweetness of something in my grilled chicken enchiladas. Probably had nothing to do with this location, probably just how the sauce or something is made - I don't understand why so many restaurants are making everything sweet, if you can't come up with a good savory recipe then don't serve it.
I come here so much I'm sure everyone is tired of seeing my face?. I have Celiac, so gluten is a big no for me, this is the only restaurant I've eaten at in town where I feel 100% safe with what I'm eating. I ask for nearly anything on the menu and get it gluten free. I really appreciate how great the staff is at making sure that my order is gluten free, they change their gloves, wrap the spatula in tin foil, and many other things. Definitely my favorite place!
Costa Vida is pretty much the same wherever you go. My wife really likes the grilled chicken salad here and I enjoy the shrimp salad. This location had friendly staff and they did a good job with their service.
So my sister and I went to Costa Friday night. After we got to the register we remembered we had someone at home who would be jealous so asked to order to go. The woman running Togo’s who I’m pretty sure is GM said no problem. She got our order . And even brought it to us. She scared us when she brought it out but the notion was deffinetly awesome. After, we kinda watched and noticed not only her guest interaction but team interaction.Long story short she’s awesome and this Costa is the bees knees.
Love costa vida and especially this location. They have always been really fast and kind here. Plus I love the food!
