I love chugz and I am a frequent customer. However they do not put the lids on tight. Often causing me to spill the drink on my self.
Cheap refreshing drinks and friendly staff, awesome local business. Highly recommend the mojito.
I love chugz! My favorite drink is the Dracula drink but my family loves pretty much any flavor on the menu. They also have delicious peanut butter Rice Krispies!
This is the best soda/treat shop in the whole valley! My favorite drink is a Coke Zero with raspberry purée & coconut creamer. The staff is always really friendly, especially Katie! They also sell these $2 cinnamon rolls that will rock your world!
Good drinks but the cookies are rock solid. Maybe take them out of the freezer a lit bit before serving them to customers.
Drinks and cookies are good but for the love of god don’t get the pretzel bites, the outside is wrinkly and separated from the inside (think old man balls)
I'm just giving the 1 star because it is required for the review. Terrible customer service! Google said they closed at 11, the whole place had all there lights on, we pulled into the drive thru at 10:45, the speaker came on and said, "We'll be right with you", we decided what we were going to get, noticed a sign on the menu that said, "January hours....10:30" but it's half way into February and someone just notified us they would be right with us, someone pulls behind us in the drive thru, 5-7 minutes go by and we see the whole Chugz crew walking away from the dumpster with drinks in hand, another 5-7 minutes has gone by with us repeatedly asking if they are waiting for us, then someone comes to turn the lights off and sees us and notifies us that they are closed and what we heard was an automatic recording. In my mind either someone isn't doing their job well and following proper closing procedures/posting company policies, or the crew just didn't want to take the last couple orders of the night and thought they'd pull a fast on on the customer. Really poor experience!
Staff was friendly, the tropical Mountain Dew was very good, and the line was short. Good experience overall!
