Service was good. Food was ok. My noodles were undercooked for my cajun pasta. As we walked out, we noticed that someone threw salsa at my sister's car. We ent to ask the cashier at the to go counter if they had cameras outside to see who had done it. She was rude! She told us they don't have cameras. We told her what happened and she looked at us with no response and an irritated look on her face so we just left. Probably won't go to this one for a while or at all if that's how it is.
Their food is pretty good but I’ve never been particularly blown away by anything except their lava cake and chips & salsa? (and I’ve tried a variety of things from their menu). Speaking of that, my last visit was a little disappointing bc they wouldn’t allow us to use our chili’s member free chips & salsa deal (that you can get every visit) at the same time as a free dessert reward. I understand the reward policy but I feel like the “every time” rewards should be separate from the “every once in a while” rewards.
I love Chili's. They have great appetizers, and everything else in their menu is pretty good too. Had a great date night with my husband and, as usual, the food did not disappoint.
I don't dine in very often. I appreciated our server wearing a mask! The food was delicious and served with sufficient time between our appetizer and our main course. Dessert wasn't offered to us but being gluten free there wasn't anything for us anyway. Server was attentive but not in our face asking how we are doing all the time.
This Chili's location has been a long time favorite for my wife and I. We love the 3 for $11 meal which is such a good deal. Add the free chips and salsa reward and it's more than we can eat, leaving leftovers for lunch the next day. I personally love the honey chipotle chicken crispers!
1/12/22 editing my original review of 5 stars. We ordered pick up for the second time this month and our food was good, deserves 5 stars for food. The staff is the issue and deserves no stars. We picked up our food at 8pm and the girl with brown long hair that barely had it back in a low pony was ringing up our order, she was rude. Then when I asked for a bigger bag because the original bag was breaking it was so full. I said, I needed a bigger bag and she responded with a, "whatever". I thought she was rude and working with food should have her long hair not out of control hanging everywhere. I don't know if I'll be returning anytime soon because of rude service.
Food was good. Got what I ordered. Went with a big group that each needed to pay separately. Had to wait until each was input again into their system before anyone was allowed to pay. It was not ideal especially when my ticket price came up $10 more than it should have so everybody had to wait while they fixed mine.

This Chill's was excellent in service and besides only one item that my party wanted was in stock. They had a vegan and vegetarian food. Along with some healthy items to eat.
Excellent service, the server actually knew their gluten-free options and about cross contamination and everything. Safe place to eat!
