SOOOO GOOD!!!! It was the quickest fastfood I have bought in a LONG time and OMGosh, it was the BEST chicken drivethrough in like 40 years no lie, and Popeyes in Vegas was the last close second like 5 years ago. I appreciate warm, moist, crispy chicken fingers that are too die for. Chicken fingers that require no dipping sauce!! So wonderful to swing into our favorite drivethrough (that we dont have? in my area!!) And be taken care of swiftly, efficiently (understatement) , and be thoroughly satisfied with the product as well. And the kids working were very nice!!! Thank you. Would come back but we are from Oregon!!
I normally like coming here, but I had a negative experience last time I came. I admit the first problem is partially my fault, but I’d still like the owner to be aware so that he can continue to improve his restaurant. I ordered a sandwich with no bun assuming that it would be a lettuce wrap like how other restaurants do it. The next girl that checked my order after I had already paid confirmed with me that I wanted a sandwich with no bun and just the patty and pickles and stuff. She was the one who caught the mistake when I told her that I just wanted a lettuce wrap. She said oh okay well just so you’re aware we do charge for the lettuce, and then made me reach for my wallet, dig through my wallet again, and had me put my credit card in for 43 cents. Really? I mean O don’t mind paying, but I would’ve rather we add the 43 cents with the first girl rather than going through the trouble for 43 cents. Then as I was leaving the window with my food the lady at the window said, “WAIT josh” so I stepped on the brakes and turned to look at her. She peeked out the door at me and then came over and asked me if I needed something? Then I said No you said my name and she said oh okay, Have a nice day.
Great food but slow service no matter what hour of the day, how many customers there are or whether you dine in, order in advance, or go through the drive thru. In fact, sometimes the drive thru wraps all the way down to the entrance of Costa vida, and occasionally past the front of WinCo, which would be very annoying if you were trying to shop there. People like me who live in the southern end of the valley aren't gonna go out of our way just to come here when the line is that long. I mean, the foods good, but not that good. I think they would totally benefit from opening up a location in Hyrum or providence because not only would the line would be a lot shorter at the north Logan one, prompting more people to come from around there (Logan, north Logan, Smithfield) to come because of the shorter line, but there would be a lot more people around here (Hyrum, Providence, Wellsville) willing to go their theoretical south Logan location. Oh yeah, and the food is pretty good
My daughter loves chick-FIL-a. But, for me most of there food is just ok. I love their fries and lemonade, everything else is meh. But, that's just my personal taste. The staff is friendly and efficient.
I’m always game for some CFA. I reallyenjoy their chicken minis for breakfast and their spicy sandwich for lunch and or dinner. I’m not a fan of the pickles so I always make sure to ask for no pickles and they do a great job making sure they get taken off! Would recommend this to anyone!
I had never been to chick-fil-a. We went for my birthday. I was happy with the customer service, but the food was very underwhelming. The nuggets are mini sized, and fries were old. I don't understand why this place is so popular. I'll probably never go there again. ?
Chick Fil A is possibly the most overrated fast food chain of all time (tied for 1st with In N out). The employees are nice and the drive through is very efficient but the food is just so painfully "okay". The biggest drawback of the drive through is that when you go through with another person, you are subjected to at least 15 minutes of the most gut wrenching, vomit inducing chewing noises of all time, unless you and your friend had the forethought to drive home and move into separate rooms before eating. Just imagine your average Chick Fil A fanboy, enthusiastically chowing down on a sandwich in a way can only be described as "slimy" and you should get the picture. Following the initial shock to your digestive tract caused by hearing the food chewed, there is an actual, physiological reaction to the crude oil substitute you've just ingested, resulting in some of the worst stomach pain I've ever felt directly after eating. No matter which chick fil a I go to, it always ends up the same.
Chick-fil-a is always a fan favorite. Hard to not have a good experience when eating at a chick-fil-a. Sadly I’ve had many disappointing visits to this chick-fil-a location. The food isn’t as good as other locations and the service here is poor and slow. Both the drive through and inside are slow at getting your food to you in a timely manner.
Have always loved our Chick fil A! But...what has happened? A 4 piece chicken strip looks like 4 piece nuggets. What the heck! So so disappointed!
I love Chick-fil-A! They are always very kind and get through a long line very fast. Make sure you ask specifically for Chick-fil-A sauce though because they don’t just give it to you.
