I love coming to this Carl's Jr they have amazing tenders and great and fast service I love the new GM she's amazing and hard working I see her everytime I come for lunch she's always taking my order and makes sure I have everything I needed it for my tender ,keep doing a great job you guys get my 5stars I'll be coming back for my lunch.
Horrible customer service. Drive thru cashier had a really bad attitude. Apparently they don't serve the whole menu all day. And most of the time they don't have anything available. Such a waste of time. The so called manager wasn't help either when she's not there to run the store. Never coming back
Absolutely terrible experience the last 2 times I've been there. This last time was over the top. Usually when you ask for lettuce wrap they use big lettuce, not the shredded. So that should have been stated. The burger was cold and the fries were cold. They tasted old. Like hours old. The teenagers that were there when the food was brought back rolled their eyes and didn't even offer to redo the order. Absolutely gone down hill since they hired some of the people on nights. Not going back to this one. North logan is 100x better
ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!!!! $40 to feed two adults and a seven-year-old. for that much money I made sure to check our food before we left and come to find out that we are missing half the order so then we had to wait another 15 minutes to get the burnt chicken strips and nasty soggy burnt Criss cut fries. In the combo meals I found out tonight that it doesn’t matter what size of Chris cut fries you order, they are all the same size yet they charge more when you say large. My guacamole burger was disgusting so Throwing everything away possibly depending on how my husband likes his burger but I basically just wiped my butt with $40! Thank you so very much Carl’s Jr., we will not be returning!1/19/22 Update: I submitted a complaint to their corporate office the night of this order and still have not heard anything from them. Looks like no one cares about customer service in the whole Corp/franchise business of Carl's Jr.
Today I went to this location to grab a quick bite to eat before work. In the past I had stopped coming to this location due to the lack of customer service I was provided and having to wait an extensive amount of time but recently started to come back. There was only one gal working by herself this morning and even with that one employee I’ve never had faster service plus she was a very sweet young lady. Had learned that she’s the new manager. 10/10 will continue to come back. I’ve also came for dinner a few times with the kids the last few months and even though the service wasn’t as speedy I enjoyed interacting with the all the new faces. I’ve only had one bad experience here within the last few months and I haven’t seen that employee since so good riddance.
I'm sorry when I had posted my previous review of two stars I thought they were asking about the one down in Brigham City, on Forest Street in Loves, which is the one that I would have given the two stars to. My experience up at the Logan Carl's Jr was absolutely fine, I do not have any complaints. Sorry for the rating being bad initially due to me not paying attention to location.
What the point of running a store when clearly they don't ever open. Pass thru today and it was close.. light were off and no sign of store being closed . Went to the north store and the food was amazing and convenient.
Whatever happened to this store? This one is closest to me and ive been there multiple times just to find it closed, and I'm talking during the day. The time that i did find it open i had to wait 15 plus minutes just so they could get my order wrong. On top of my order being wrong it tasted disgusting. i used to come here very often when the previous manager was here and never had this problem. Now seems like they dont even have a manager or if they do seems like they dont care about loosing a long time customer. I rather drive a little extra and drive to the north store and get better service and quality food. I would never recomend this store.
Very disappointed in this store. Tried coming multiple times only to find it closed. Tried calling multiple times a day on random times and no answer. Its on my way to work so i thought it be open early but i guess not. I dont know why i even bother even trying. Last i heard was that they had a new manager but i guess not if they arent even open. Such a shame to see such a good restaurant loose so much business.
Never gives ketchup or fry sauce in drive through. If it's not going to be included they need to ask.Update: the last few times they have made sure to offer sauces. Amazing crew.
