Good, as always, but, this time, there was a little confusion with our order. Not horribly, and we enjoyed our food. Also, they made the sandwiches they gave us perfectly. We give mercy though. These poor folks were understaffed and overwhelmed, and it was super noisy in there; I don't think that they heard my elderly father clearly when he placed our order. Great food. Would recommend.Also, Carl's Jr., how about making your place(s) a little less loud and echo prone.
If any of you have read my reviews, I am hard on fast food service bc I am a General Manager myself. With that said, THIS establishment and its management team, has to be the best in Logan Utah. Noone else in this city compares to the cleanliness, professionalism, and service this team provides. This general manager is a great example of how to run a great restaurant and business. Very disappointed with our last visit ( the south one). Fries were skimpy, barely warm and definitely not fresh. Burger was luke warm...not even warm enough to melt the cheese on it. When you spend $18 for 1 meal and a chicken sandwich (also barely warm and cold cheese) you'd think that your meal would at least be hot and somewhat fresh??? What's the deal CJ!?
The workers very gracious. The double stack burgers were yummy.The tables were not very clean though.
First, it's Carl's Jr., so don't expect fine cuisine.That said, this specific store is great. They always keep the line moving, get your order right, and and open when they say they will be (unlike several local national chain locations)
We ordered our food and when we got home our food was cold. So I went back to reorder our food and I complained about him about the food we ordered was cold and I didn't want to pay for it again. He got co-worker and I explained to her what happened and she promise me that our food would be hot. When I went up to the window they wanted me to pay for it again. I wasn't happy about it especially when our food was cold and the lady said there's was nothing she could do without the manager approval. I didn't even get a receipt for my order and I never get a receipt from the drive thru except once. I feltlike that I was blame for our food being cold.
Need to CHANGE the oil more often ...but got to love there deep fried zucchini when the grease is fresh tho
Food was good but their burgers just keep getting smaller!!
I was forced to wait through the drive thru for a mobile pick up order. (I'm a dasher, so it's not even my food). Tried calling to see if they'd bring it out to me and the guy on the other end got offended that I'd even ask. I would not recommend coming here whether you're a customer or a dasher. Don't expect to be treated well at all and from what I've heard the food isn't all that great either.
Very clean and professional. Food was fresh and fast despite it being very busy. Overall a great experience!
