Wonderful coffee shop!!! I was visiting Logan from Texas and made it a quest to scout out the local coffee shops. I found Cafe Ibis the day before leaving. Reggis was working that day and he gladly share his extensive knowledge of not only coffee roasting but the companies history in the community. He’s coworker, forgive me for not remembering her name but she’s in the picture, made a fantastic cortado coffee for me. Great place, great history, and most of all, great coffee. Taking three bags home with me to Texas!
I don’t drink coffee but I know this place is top tier as well as their employees, specifically an employee by the name of Riggs. I came to Caffe Ibis to find some local coffee for my Airbnb, I don’t drink coffee and had not even the slightest clue where to start. Riggs took time to bring me up to speed on coffee. I truly appreciate Riggs and his knowledge of coffee, not only that but he is definitely one of the nicest people I’ve met. Albert Einstein is to physics as Riggs is to Coffee. Thanks Caffe Ibis for hiring stellar people!
I was there today... March 13th at 10am approx.Purchased a breve which is made from half and half..The cream was old and clearly off. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I was back on the road.I'd give you the name of the guy who sold it to me, however they are all so 'woke' that his name tag said 'him they' so absent his name.. it was the wide guy with the beard.
Excellent service with just as excellent coffee that's not insanely hot, but just right. Love the ethically minded business practices too!

Great place to grab a cup of coffee, staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's also an amazing atmosphere to enjoy your coffee.
Fantastic coffee is always great to find! People who are knowledgeable and eager to help are much rarer. My regular trips from Salt Lake to visit this place is made worthwhile by the excellent service.

4 star coffee, 2 star for the way they handled COVID and 2 star for how they looked and treated people that didn't have their opinions. Good coffee, good employees but some some not so great qualities. Not great, not terrible!
