Wow. I was under the impression the bread on this Burger was supposed to be toasted. I mean that's what a melt is right? Burger arrived all soggy and mushy. Normally I would have reached out directly to the manager. But thus isn't the first bad experience I have had from this place. So I guess I am done. There are plenty of other Burger places in town
The food was horrible. I was the only one there so they weren't busy. I told them my food was cold (probably sitting under a warmer for a while). They straight up lied and said it was just made fresh. The fries were horrible. They charged me for cheese I didn't get Definitely not a place I will go again. If I could give zero stars I would. Beware.
Went thru the drive thru just before close. Trinity was our order taker and drive thru employee. She was so sweet and nice. She made a great experience for us. Our food was hot and fresh. Hope this gets to her managers so they know how great she is to the customers. Thank you trinity we will be coming back!
One of the older women in the restaurant drive thru today was incredibly rude, didn't say a word while we were paying and getting our food. She shut the window before I could ask for sauce. Wish I went to the other one in town.
I went to this location today and bought 2 whoppers with fries and sodas only for the the food to be cold. You could tell the fries and the meat had been sitting for a while in a cold area and the bread hadn't been warmed up either. Overall a really bad experience for me and my boyfriend. I was the only person on the drive though so I don't think there should be an excuse to why my food was this cold. I've been served cold food before but not this bad to were I feel I have to leave a review.
No spicy chicken sandwiches were prepared. The chicken sandwhich I got tasted weird so I only ate half. fries weren’t hot, wrong drink.
If I could do 0 stars I would. Their customer service is terrible. Waited in the drive through for 20 min to get a messed up order. Lines were too long so I just left. Horrible.
I will never eat at this location again I ordered 2 small fries 8 piece regular chicken nuggets for the kids an 8 piece chicken fries and mozzarella sticks for my self and a double stacker for my husband. I waited 5 minutes for them to take my card and another 20 mins for my food. The fries were half full, they gave me ghost pepper chicken nuggets instead of regular kids cried whole way home, I live in Ogden. They forgot the mozzarella sticks, and the double stacker was cold and raw in the middle.
The drink was just carbonated water, so we had to wait for that and then we had to wait an extra 15 minutes just to recieve our food. Had to go back in to ask for dipping sauce that they forgot, and napkins. The food looked thrown together and our fries were room temp. Not a very pleasant experience. If you're willing to drive a few blocks down. The one of 2nd N is far superior.
The girl that took our order was less than welcoming. When we ordered our food she didn't say anything. She didn't even put into the computer what I asked for. No onions extra pickles. Both burgers had onions and no extra pickles. My burger was also cold. I'm not talking just warm, it was cold. I had to throw it away. Big disappointment from Burger King.
