Still during covid the MANAGER put chicken fries in the fryer WITHOUT GLOVES on.I spoke up to get an employee's attention and said I would like chicken fries that someone wore gloves to pick up and put in the fryer.The Manger told the employee I just washed my hands... I told her I didn't care make a fresh set with someone wearing gloves.Regardless of covid or not, that is a food handlers violation. I am debating on calling the health department on them...What else does she do WITHOUT gloves??

Nothing against the servers. Their service was the best they can offer. There are two main problems with this location. 1. There were only 3 servers during the lunch rush. 2. The location's layout is completely garbage. The drive thru is only accessible from the south entrance. If you go in the west entrance and there's a slight line, tough luck. Go in or go around! I saw a two month old review saying they were broken. The screens are still broken. This location is just a dumpster fire. Like that meme scene from the show community.

Can I give zero stars? When I entered, there was a group of three people ahead of me getting soda who the manager was helping. I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone greeted me, smiled at me, acknowledged me in any way. The manager, who helped the people before me, walked past me about 5 times. While I was waiting, someone else came in & was immediately offered service. Turns out that they didn't even have the product I wanted to order. Was it because I had a Black Lives Matter shirt on? Was it because I had my Black daughter with me? When I asked am employee the manager's name, she said she didn't know. He is a big bald guy. I don't blame the employees, clearly they were following his lead.

Burger king's screen are broken they are just standing. like i'm suppose to know their whole menu, horrible service needs to be evaluated how to handle situations. Like c'mon I was the only person inside, the place was empty.

My last two orders were dry and i honestly think they were re-heated. They don't dont even offer to give you a receipt...They give no one receipts. I guess so that they don't get negative reviews direct to the company.

Burger King is one of my favorite fast food places! I come to this one sometimes too, and I always have great service, the employees are always nice and get my order right! And it’s always prepared fast!

Everytime I order from this store location, they give the incorrect item to me. They also fill the bottom of the onion ring container with fries and put the onion rings in top so it looks like it’s full of onion rings when it isn’t. This has happened a few times.

I actually like burger king a lot but this experience was lousy. I ordered a few things, and only received half my order through the drive through. I got online so I could call and called 6 times and nobody answered. I would have went back but I left town and couldn't go back. How is this possible? Not happy at all about this.

We were a little confusing to them while ordering, thats our fault so there was minor communication issues but the manager got on the headset and made everything right for us. Super caring as well, loved it. I do feel bad since it was our fault for not communicating well but props on the manager for being understanding!

WoW!!! What a great experiance!!! Something must have changed. Let me explain. Ive been to this location on many of times, and it wasn't so great(Food, service, freindly). But the last couple of times I've gone, they have improved a tone, the food was hot, the service was great, and fast( this was wow for me), and last but not lest they were realy freindly. Keep up the good work!! Thanks again
