I’ve paid a lot of money…A LOT of money, here tonight. Tipped $40 on a $115 tab, before my wife and kids left. My wife paid for the meal of someone else, because she seemed lonely…$15, plus a $5 tip. They went home, and I stayed for the fights. Suddenly Logan ghosted me. (That’s his name, not just the town); so after 45 minutes, his manager came over, and she dismissed me. Not being a jerk; but I literally used to employ people they have on their staff. That was ridiculous. I don’t need free stuff; I am just saying that service doesn’t end with the check; and the manager shouldn’t walk away in the middle of a complaint/convo. I have tried to be polite….
Very disappointed today. Walk in restaurant about 12:30 pm. No more than 25 people in restaurant with 80+% of the tables empty and were told it would be a 20 minute wait to be seated. Not a way to run a business.
Clean but service was non existent. Sat for 15-20 minutes never got a waitress for drinks or anything. One was just sitting in the cubby on her phone the other was helping only one of the tables multiple times and the 3rd past by us a few times but only helped the table sat way after us.
Food was good when it arrived. However I didn't get my meal until an hour after we ordered and 30 minutes after the rest of the table received and finished their food. Our server was very kind and apologetic but honestly this was our first time and probably last time.
Gone twice and ordered take-out twice. The food for dine-in was good, but take-out kind of sucked. I tried ordering online and it wouldn't let me pay that way so I had to call in my order. They messed up placing my order a little bit, but it was alright. The wings were good, but the fries tasted and felt like 3-day old fries. If you go here just dine-in, if not you'll be sorely disappointed.
The burgers were good but the fries were way over cooked - couldn't eat them. Tots were cooked right but unsalted. We waited for 10 mins after being seated for our waitress - only saw her twice after that. Had to ask for utensils and napkins. Will not be returning.
Where to begin. Absolutely horrible experience. Service was terrible. Food was terrible. All around terrible. After ordering food and drinks, our food came out before we got our drinks (sodas) every order was messed up. Missing items or completely wrong items. Food was cold. We’re told items that were missing would be brought out and we’re never brought out. Now I understand they were short staffed and maybe a little overwhelmed from the afternoon rush but it was not busy while we were there. Maybe 5 or 6 tables in the whole restaurant. Server would carry out 10-15 min conversations with tables which led to neglect of every other table. But also nobody was helping him at all. Constantly saw 3-4 workers just standing around doing nothing. This is the 3rd or 4th bad experience I’ve had at this location and I will never be going back.
My wife and I have gone almost every week to their Thursday BOGO boneless deal. We used to wait 15-30 minutes for a table and it's recently been almost 2 hrs and then it ends up being longer. I am understanding of longer than normal wait times with Covid but the innacuracy of times is frustrating and I don't go every week anymore. Other than that it's good but not great so I gave 3 stars.
Cold fries. Didn’t get any sauce. Ketchup packets were brought to our table with some already opened and sticky. The customer service was fine, but the food was not.
Theses guys served my wings to the table next to me, then realized it was the wrong table then tried to serve it to me after the people already have eaten off it. What the hell, then tried to charge me for the wings, best be careful and watch the servers if you decide to eat here.
