Tried ordering Hot Honey Wings and ended up with Buffalo wings instead. Very displeasing not getting what you order. Just a waste of money.
This was actually a pleasant surprise. The tables were clean, the service was friendly and the food was hot. It was not a typical fast food experience.
My sandwich was wonderful and service was great! I asked for cheese sauce on the side---and received it. Service was fast.
This really hot the spot! I went to the South location yesterday 1/19/22 right at 10am when they opened. After ordering I was thinking to myself, "oh man, they are going to be so angry I'm ordering the moment they open and do something to my food." The lady at the window was very nice and told me to please pull forward to wait for my food. That worried me even more! To my surprise the food was amazing!! I got the 2 can eat for $10 deal and let's just say we didn't go hungry. Everything was fresh, hot, and portions were actually correct. I also got the seasonal mint shake which I found I'm not a big fan of. Good thing my kids are bc they Devoured it! I want to go now even more when they open! Great food and customer service.
Workers at this location are always nice and haven't ever had any screw ups with my orders. Would eat here again.
I love Arby's and the food is always good. Disappointed that they were out of a lot of things at lunch time, such as coke, Dr. pepper, medium cups, turnovers etc.
We ordered 2 meals and we didn't get any fries with our meal. Come on really!!!!!! Everytime we come here for food you guys mess up our order!
Do not visit this Arby's. Drive to the other side of town. Could not get anything in order correct. The Buffalo Chicken slider had no sauce...very dry to eat so thru it away. The French dip served on a Kaiser Roll instead of a French roil. How can you even dip this in the Au Jus?Rueben was cold right from the window, like it came straight from the refrigerator. Nothing was edible and a great waste of money.
Was much better staffed then the Arbys in Ogden. Service was quick and accurate when I got my bag of food.
We ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 on a wrap. We received both on buns. We were still there, went back around to window. The girl at the window was very nice. They had us give our bag back. We did, then they brought out the same bag with both sandwiches still in it and another with what we thought was our sandwich in a wrap. It was in Pita bread not a wrap!
