My wife and I are a big fan of Arby's, but we've had problems with this location. We've had missing food and mixed up orders several times but we keep giving them a chance. This last time though my wife got a chicken sandwich and the meat was raw. I'm not saying this happens with every order, but know that there is a good chance that there will be a problem here.
Came here around 10pm on 2/28 and the customer service skills lacks here. Seems like the cashier doesn’t want to be there. Wasn’t offered sauce, napkins nothing. Fries were cold.. At least a Thanks after handing the customers food would be appreciated !
Always like to go in and order our food Employees are always Smiling and greet you and are friendly and they have Delicious food.
I love arbys!! The roast beef sandwiches are so good and the curly fries!!!
The people in the drive thru were so nice. And that is hard to come by. They honestly made my whole day!!
Placed a $150 order tonight through the drive through involving several orders and they managed to plug it into the system in such a way that it costs $95. It was done and out the window in less than 5 minutes. I'll be damned, it was 100 percent accurate, hot, and fresh. Wow!
This Arby's is consistently terrible, soggy sandwiches, old meat, flat sodas. Like seriously if you want Arby's go to the south Logan location or the Smithfield location. This one isn't worth the money
yummy, as always! the boneless wings are actually boneless wings! instead if breast chunks...and noone does crinkle cut fries or even curly fries as well as Arbys
They had really good food but they forgot some of our order so only 4 stars
Lobbies open! Nice, clean, helpful employees. Would use this location again.
