Five stars when they get the order right and they don't overcook the chicken. Unfortunately, the way they prep the orders is fairly inconsistent. I would say 50% of the time they would either overcook your chicken to where it is bone dry and hard, or forget something in the order, or not have enough sauce and overcook the chicken.The worst is when they overcook the chicken. I am too nice to complain because sometimes they are busy, but it sucks because the chicken here isn't exactly cheap.I don't get how they consistently make mistakes, because its the same crew working here for the past six months. You think they would get it right by now.I know I am not the only one having this issue. If you come when they are busy and have a seat, there are usually one or two customers that come back and complain about their orders.
Hey man I've been here and its a great experience. Today not so much, first i leave and they forgot both my large fries thats fine i was in my car before i left so i was able to go back inside and get what i ordered. But what really frustrated me was they forgot my other order of large thigh bites, this is what they got me after driving all the way out there to again pick up my original order that they missed. The right is the large and apparently the left side is the "LARGE" as well...i guess just expect their sizes of chicken to be inconsistent because my vision is 20/20 does that look LARGE to you!!!?
Food is incredible!Open late!!Staff has great taste in music, they're always playing amazing songs in there!!!The staff itself can't get enough credit! My man Ben always has a smile on his face, happy to help out customers!!!!!!!!!!!I deliver with DoorDash and Ben is always happy to help! Ben deserves a raise, a free puppy, and a free trip to a vacation spot of his choice! Dude is THE BEST!
This place has some time before they are considered a good restaurant.First, they are prioritizing to-go orders over dine-in orders. I ordered mine ahead of time and then picked them up and ate inside, but my friend ordered at the counter and waited 50 minutes, that's just not acceptable.I ordered a bone-in wing combo with fries that had the parmesan seasoning. The flavors I ordered for the wings were Original Hot and Hickory Smoked BBQ. The flavor was fine, but the food was luke warm. I arrived just a couple of minutes before they called my food out, so it should have been nice and hot. Also, the wings should have had more snap, but the skin was very soft, almost like they needed to cook the wings a little longer. The fries were also under cooked.As of right now, I'd wait for a while until they have everything figured out.
Ordered online got within 15 minutes. And order when I walked in to add fries. Fries came quick. Ate fries while I waited. Staff was polite and working hard. I don’t make yelp reviews but I was very happy with my service
Nothing mad about the food, I’ve heard really good things about Wing Stop so my husband and and I went to go try them. When we got there we waited in line for 10 minutes behind someone else who had been there 5 minutes longer than we had. Nobody came to help us or the person in front of us, so we left. I would recommend doing a mobile/online order and then you will probably get helped.
Not sure what all the complaining is about. I ordered take out from their website with my girlfriend. Website said 40 minute wait, I pulled up at 40 minutes exactly and my food had just come out, perfect timing. We both ordered bone-in wings and they were on point! I highly recommend their dry rubs (lemon pepper & louisiana). Also, fries were very tasty. Some of the best seasoned fries I’ve had in a minute. We also ordered a side of veggies and they were crisp and fresh. I also have to mention their ranch. Tasted like it was made fresh and not from a bottle. Will definitely be back!
**Karen's & Chads don't read**Food is super good, I love the variety in flavors specifically original hot and mango habenero are my favorite!Wait time is a little long, but It makes sense considering most of the orders are placed online and they make their food fresh so it takes a bit. Definitely isn't "FAST FOOD" But it's delicious.There are way too many Karen's that walk in expecting fresh food out in 10 seconds and assume they aren't busy because there's either 1 not a lot of in person customers or 2 they are standing there (most likely waiting for the chicken to cook) and then they complain that the chicken is dry ? and it's really not.I highly recommend Wingstop to anyone looking for fresh delicious chicken! Maybe a bit if a wait but it's worth the delicious chicken!
The best thing about this place was the Dr. Pepper. The wait was 40 minutes which she didn’t ask if it was “okay” until I swiped my card. Was super excited for wings and they were terrible. Terrible flavors. Also, who puts sugar on fries? Super bummed with the experience overall. Found a big hair on my lemon pepper wings. Nasty original buffalo flavor. So surprised people love this place. $40 down the drain.
Worst service I have ever received! I made an order and was told it would be 10 minutes for my order (keep in mind I at the time i was the only person in line). 45 minutes later and still no wings and they were now backed up with 20 customers in the store and nobody had food and the workers were being rude to everyone in the store who had been waiting. finally after 45 minutes I asked for a refund (which they didnt want to give me) but eventually did and i left with no food. I will not be returning
